In general it's a great package, a lot to see. We started early at 9AM, the lines were not too bad. We just wished that a visit to the White Tower was in the beginning, before meeting the Beefeater and verbal stories, and not at the end of the tour. At the end, the White Tower line was very long and the weather was very cold and windy.

Great experience with Ben touring the Tower of London and seeing the Crown Jewels. Beefeater experience was very informative. Definitely worth the visit if you have time. Only note is that most of the tour is outdoors, so dress for the weather!

While our guide was very friendly and able to answer questions. It is quite clear that we could’ve obtained the same information on the self-guided tour. At $150 a person, save your money for souvenirs, and just buy a regular ticket for admittance.

Educational and fun. Make sure you get the most of out the visit including some off the beaten path and other experiences that you may not get going solo. Warren was a fun, engaging, and knowledgeable tour guide that kept us excited and having a good time. He arranged things to ensure we spent minimal time in lines and maximized our ability to see and learn about the history of the tower. Great guide.

This is not a private tour as advertised and does not offer you entry early into the tower of London. you’re better off, taking your own tour or finding a smaller group.

It was great. Guard didn’t meet at Starbucks but just across the street in front of it. Your moves quick but stops often and it’s fun to hear about it with a guide. It’s not a private tour as our group was quite large…20+ people but it was nice. Better than going through alone in that you see the beef eater and listen to them speak. The white tower should have some handicap access added.

The tour guide was excellent—very personable and witty. We especially enjoyed the interaction with the Beefeater. That said, for a family with younger children (ours are 9 and 6), the tour felt quite long and very history-heavy, which made it harder for them to stay engaged.

The experience includes mostly time outdoors; dress accordingly, especially in winter! Our guide, Ben, was very knowledgeable and personable. The Crown Jewels were a sight to behold and our time with the Beefeater was informative and unique.
