4.00First off the guide was very good. I have no problems with her. She was funny and Informstive. The issue i have is with how the tour was advertised. I searched for private tours and this one came up. This was absolutely not a private tour. Had I know this was a group tour I would not have booked it, certainly at that cost. A group tour should be considerably cheaper. Other then the misrepresentation the tour was fine and we learned a lot.

2.00The beefeater was amazing to speak with and learn about! The Viator tour guide was slow, told us none of the interesting facts about the power of London or what the history of the tower was used for. He spent about 15 minutes looking at the raven cages which was interesting for 1 minute. He didn’t even come in the Crown Jewels exhibit, so this is one you can absolutely do on your own, unless it’s the only way to meet a Beefeater. But Dan was a snooze sadly and had zero energy and we paid around $150 each. On the contrary, we did a walking tour the next day through Viator, for $30 each, and the guide was FANTASTIC, so you win some you lose some!
Loved it ! If all guides were this real it would transform how history is explained !

5.00Our guide was a hoot ! He was an Irish man very knowledgeable, delightful and just fun to be around ! His prospective take on English history and the Tower was quite entertaining ! He was a most enjoyable guide . His name was Padder and I would love to have a pint with him and get to know him upon my return .

5.00This was a really good small group tour. Guide Miranda was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the Tower of London, and shared many fascinating stories with us along the way. The private discussion with the Beefeater was very interesting as well. Highly recommend this tour!
