Hard to hear because there were no headsets and it was a large group in a busy setting. Headsets should be mandatory. Makes the whole experience much better!

Fia was very knowledgeable about the Tower of London and she was a fun tour guide! She broke the sections of the Tower into manageable learning experiences and told some funny true stories. Terry, one of the Beefeaters, gave good information on the role of a Beefeater and explained the significance of their uniforms.

John is the best guide I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of the Tower of London. He made the tour interesting to my 12 year old daughter! The private talk with the Beefeater was so interesting! Not to mention that John seems to have good relationships in the venue, he even brings nuts to feed the squirrels that are wondering around, which is good entertainment for kids. I learned more about English history with John than I had at school. Fantastic tour! Highly recommended!
