Your captain will advise you of the best locations to snorkel depending on the wind and sea conditions, and will tailor the day to fit your needs from there on out. Our trips are 100% customizable but we love snorkeling at Lovango Cay, Watermelon Cay and many more. A great stop for lunch is the popular taco bar, Lime Out, and we like to finish the day floating at a secluded beach with a cocktail in hand!

What To Expect

Our charters are 100% customizable so every trip is different. Your captain will advise you of great spots to snorkel based on wind and sea conditions. You will stop at 1-3 snorkeling spots, decide on Lime Out, Pizza Pi, or another restaurant for lunch and then end the day floating in the water or exploring on a beach!

5.00I don’t know how many times we have booked with Love City Excursions and Catzilla but it never disappoints. Our captain was knowledgeable and shared tons of island info. With less than perfect weather he guided us around to get to the best spots and avoid the swell. He even found a quiet cove for first timers could swim with turtles. I highly recommend this trip for the best day of your vacation.

5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If only we could give 10 stars!) Our day with Catzilla out of St. John was hands down the BEST experience of our entire trip! From start to finish, our captain made the excursion absolutely unforgettable. He was the perfect fit for our fun-loving group — a total good sport, full of personality, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone had the time of their lives. We toured the islands, made an incredible stop at Foxy’s (and even met Foxy himself!), enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Soggy Dollar, and swam alongside turtles in the most beautiful turquoise water. Even with less-than-perfect weather, our captain turned the day into something magical — playing guitar and singing for us, keeping us laughing, and finding the best hidden spots around the islands. The boat was spotless, comfortable, and so much fun, and it was obvious our captain knew everyone and everywhere worth seeing. His local knowledge and genuine care made us feel like VIPs all day long. We’d book this trip again and again — Catzilla is an absolute must-do! If we could rate this company 10 stars, we would!!

5.00Overall wonderful experience. Our Captain Xande was excellent, he was able to take us to new snorkeling spots on St John. We were able to start in Christmas Cove and then circle all of St John, stopping multiple times to relax and snorkel. Our stop at Lime out was perfect for our group, since Pizza Pi was closed for the season.

5.00We had the best time on our trip. Our captain had so much insight and made sure our trip hit the areas we wanted to see. He was extremely thoughtful and made sure everyone was taken care of. We also appreciate Love City being accommodating with a medical situation we had. They have top notch customer service. Would 100% recommend them to a friend and absolutely would book with them again!

5.00The best day of our vacation! We splurged for the day and chartered the boat for our family. We have four daughters, aged 18 to 10 and wanted to get out on the water one day and explore some different spots that were not accessible by car. Our boat captain, Joe, was perfect. He knew exactly where to take us and when to get everyone fed. He took lots of fun pictures and when to move on to our next spot. Our girls had the best day and it truly exceeded everyone's expectations. Would definitely recommend to book a day with Love City Excursions and when we return, we too will be spending a day on the water with them. Thank you!

5.00Great day again with Love City. Captain Xande was outstanding. The boat had an unavoidable malfunction and we had to spend a few hours at Soggy Dollar (bummer). He made up for the delay by staying out longer than usual. And cutting our costs. Very satisfied. Will go again. Katie is great to work with.

5.00We went from st John to the BVI. Luke was our captain. What a great day we had. I felt very safe and comfortable with Luke and saw some fabulous fish while snorkeling. I would recommend this tour highly!

5.00A spectacular day. We had booked trip on Saturday but Katie contacted us 2 days prior advising the weather would be best on Friday and they had availability to move us. So glad we did - we were able ti make it to the Baths/Virgin Gorda. From there Captain Luke gave us many options and we headed out to Sandy Soit and a great lunch spot Foxys Taboo highly recommend. Ended our day at Soggy Dollar and was just a really fun day. Captain Luke was great and really enjoyed getting to know him. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back! (Carol/Ed/Megan/Dave). Fin & Wyatt 😎

5.00We spent New Years Eve enjoying a full day excursion with Love City and it was incredible. We enjoyed our first visit to the British Virgin Islands and our captain, Abbie, took us anywhere we wanted to visit. We snorkeled at Diamond Reef, visited Virgin Gorda, snorkeled over a 19th century shipwreck, and saw a multitude of colorful fish and even saw a barracuda. We highly recommend Love City Excursions and would be thrilled to hire them again.
