We will set sail for the island of Vulcano, where, on board the boat, you will sail along the Grotta del Cavallo and the Piscina di Venere.
We will then dock at Porto di Levante: from here you can reach Vulcano, the thermal mud lake, the beach with the hot sulphurous waters, the black sands and typical restaurants where you can have lunch.
You will have free time until around 1:45 pm. Immediately after, you will embark for Panarea. From the boat, you will be able to admire the splendid bay of Cala Junco.
Once you have landed at the port of Panarea, you will have some time to visit the enchanting village.
You will sail along the small village of Ginostra, and then reach Scari, the port of Stromboli and you will be able to visit the splendid island.
At sunset, you will set off again for a tour of Strombolicchio, while you will be offered a good glass of local Malvasia. Once you arrive under the Sciara del Fuoco, you will witness the spectacular eruptions of Stromboli and then return to Lipari.

What To Expect

Super Tour, but with small limitations

4.00Basically a great tour and you get to know 3 islands at once. The tour is also carried out as stated, the crew is extremely helpful (they translated the Italian announcements into English for us) and the boat itself was not crowded despite high season. So far 5/5. The one point deduction is given for leaving the Stromboli already at dusk (was really annoying) and for the fact that the boat was not traveling alone. There needed a small fleet (even with significantly larger boats) of Lipari, which led to the moorings being completely overflowed. I don't know how many people there were, the beach at Stromboli was definitely completely full.

4.00Overall very nice, if anything long, day! Good time on each island to explore and eat food. If you want to see many islands in one day, this is a good option! The boat trip would take a total of 11 hours but took 12 hours, towards the end you were quite tired and the boat trip from Stromboli which was the last destination felt very long. Well packed boat which made it a bit crowded and sometimes difficult to see all the nice views during the trip if you did not manage to get a good seat on the boat.

5.00It's a 12-hour tour, where you can spend a lot of time at Vulcano, then bathe and have time to dry. You can visit Panarea with its boutiques and chic houses, and spend a lot of time in Stromboli (almost 4 hours), where even there you can swim, change, have an aperitif and walk. And finally, if you are lucky, you can see the active volcano. Even just a few tongues of fire, with sunset all around. I recommend it

4.00We cannot fault the customer service of this company. Unfortunately our trip couldn't operate on the planned day due to the weather but we were contacted the day before and given alternative days, which thankfully we could do. Very pleasant young lady in the office which is in the old harbour, so make sure you go to the right one on the day. We booked the day trip which is a very long day indeed. You are on Volcano Island for about 3 hours. There is plenty of walking if you are fit enough, or swimming off the beach. We did neither, but watched people getting in and out of the sea and water shoes were definitely an advantage. We are not young and fit, so we sat and people watched with our coffee and yummy cake. The mud pool was not open, but some people had managed to get in somehow. We returned to Lipari and picked up the 2pm trip people. We then had a shorter stop on the next island (yummy ice cream stop) before going to Stromboli. Three hours later we departed to watch and hear the explosions from this impressive Volcano. The boat is a lot smaller than I expected. Bench seating down the length of each side and the middle, so no-one faces forward. The crew are very efficient but don't interact with you. There is a toilet on board. The weather was very iffy for most of the day but was perfect for viewing Stromboli, thank goodness. If you have a bad back I would think carefully before going on this type of boat as it bounces a lot. The swell getting on and off the boat at Stromboli was something to behold and I think we were lucky to stay on our feet! I was very glad to get off the boat at 21.45 that evening. Not everyone made it back without being seasick! It was a lovely trip and I am very glad we did it, but I won't be going back to Stromboli!!
The islands are very beautiful - but is it better to go there in June or October?

4.00We stayed in Lipari for 9 days. We visited all the islands; perhaps the most beautiful is Salina. Strangely there were still many tourists around. Unfortunately from 20-24 annoying sirocco - high humidity!
