AMAZING experience. This is the best way to experience Wachau Valley and their wine region. Nicholas was the best guide. We had gorgeous views on either side of us entire bike ride, saw so many adorable towns, had a fantastic lunch, and tried divine wines. We have done winery tours on other trips where vans drive you to and from and now I see how much we missed out on during those. This allowed you to be in nature and beauty.

Nicolas was a great guide and so fun to hang out with! My party of 2 was a bit late (don't be late!!!) to the meetup point. On a normal afternoon, we might've had trouble coordinating with the tour group; however, this random weekday in April is not high-season for tourism in Austria, so the whole tour group was just myself and my partner. Nicholas waited for us, and we did 2 wineries and some gelato. Fun times, good conversation, and lovely wine + views. I recommend bringing a light rain jacket in case of bad weather if you're visiting in the spring. The first winery we went to had a lovely white wine with green apple notes, that was our favorite.

It was a great day with great weather and a good group of participants. Cycling along the Danube through vineyards was a great experience. Our guide did not allow opportunities to stop for photos and could have been more careful in checking that the group crossed roads safely and did not take wrong turns.

This tour is well worth the early start time! We lucked out with some gorgeous weather, just a bit of drizzle to cool us down. Our guide Niklaus (I hope I'm spelling this correctly!) was fantastic and kept us all together going in the same direction, teaching us about the region and the wine along the way. We cycled through beautiful vineyards, orchards, and villages, had some lovely wines made in the valley, and a pleasant lunch stop. It's an all day tour and we were certainly tired on the train ride back to Vienna, but tired in a good way. You don't have to be a strong cyclist (but it helps!) This tour is definitely going to be a big highlight of our honeymoon, thank you so much!

It is a wonderful trip with energetic guides and wineries. The bicycle ride is relatively flat and not overly challenging. Beautiful scenery. Great way to see the countryside.

Excellent tour. A nice mix of biking, wine and free time to go for a short hike and explore or shop. The lunch included was excellent with a choice of meals and a drink or beer. Our tour guide Sonza (sp?) was great. I'll use this company on my next visit to Vienna do try something new.

Outstanding tour. Well organised, scenic route through the Wachau Valley. Great wine tasting experience, delicious wines, generous quantity. Stopped for a lovely lunch and climbed up to the ruins of Dürnstein Castle where Richard the Lionheart was held prisoner. Amazing views of the Danube from the top. Thoroughly recommend this tour, worth every penny.

Amazing experience!! Had the best time with my guide, Szana. She was very knowledgeable, informative, and so fun, it was like hanging out with a friend. We stopped at two wineries, both unique and great in their own way, along with a village where I hiked up to the monument. Breathtaking views. I did this at the end of October with the most incredible fall colors. The weather was lovely and sunny, a full sleeve shirt was enough for the most part. Tip - carry more cash than you think you’d need (although, again, Szana was amazing in helping to navigate this). I would do this again and I would highly recommend Szana! She also gave me other cool tips for my visit.

Wonderful tour of the Wachau wine valley—very well organized with ride on train to Krems where we picked up our bikes. The biking is easy on paved cycle paths mostly. The scenery was magnificent with changing fall colors. Our guide Reagan was very knowledgeable about the area and its history as well as the wine. This was a great way to spend the entire day out in the countryside and experience a bit of rural Austria just outside of Vienna.

Great experience, loved the wineries, ride and scenery. The bicycles were in great condition and appreciated the option to upgrade to a ebike.
