Our adventure begins in Muscat, with our first stop in the scenic village of Fanja — a perfect spot to capture beautiful photos surrounded by traditional charm and stunning landscapes.
We then continue to the captivating Wadi Bani Khalid, where you can take a refreshing dip in its crystal-clear mountain waters. Surrounded by palm trees and dramatic rock formations, it's a peaceful oasis ideal for swimming and relaxing.
Next, we head to the awe-inspiring Wahiba Sands Desert, famous for its sweeping golden dunes. Here, you’ll visit a traditional Bedouin house to enjoy authentic Omani coffee and sweet dates while exploring their beautifully handmade crafts. For those looking for extra adventure, a camel ride across the dunes offers a unique and memorable desert experience.
Then, we’ll find the perfect spot on the dunes to take in the golden glow of the desert sunset — a magical end to an unforgettable day before heading back to Muscat.

Please let us know in advance if you would like to add the dune bashing experience in the sand dunes. This activity is arranged through the desert camp and conducted using their specialized 4WD vehicles, as we do not provide this service with our own car. The cost is 30 OMR for a 30-minute ride, with a maximum of 4 people per vehicle.

From the parking area, it’s a 15-minute walk to reach the stunning water pools. Here, you can swim and relax in the refreshing, crystal-clear mountain waters while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

5.00Had the best time at Wahiba Sands, and honestly our guide made the whole experience even better. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The dune bashing was so much fun and everything felt safe and well planned. He also shared a lot about the desert and local life, which made it even more special. Would 100% recommend him if you’re visiting Oman 🇴🇲 ❤️

5.00Had a great day tour to Wahiba Sands and Wadi Bani Khalid. We stopped in the desert for coffee in a Bedouin hut and enjoyed a camel ride, then visited Wadi Bani Khalid for a swim. Our guide Nasr was very nice, informative, and easygoing. Highly recommend!
