Great fun. Instructors were excellent. (Kaylee and de Baker,). All Instructions were clear, precise and delivered with clarity, humour and patience. They made you feel safe and well looked after. They guided you through the 3 zip lines rides from the start and the end, making you feel safe and secure. Very personable. Fully recommended

From the moment we were picked up at the ferry, the EcoZip Adventures team made us feel incredibly welcome. The staff were friendly, professional, and impressively thorough when it came to safety and explaining the entire process, which made the experience both relaxing and exciting. A huge shout-out to Poppy and Charlotte for making the day unforgettable. Their instructions were clear and confidence-boosting, all while keeping the atmosphere fun and upbeat. They shared great stories that had us laughing the whole time—whether we were flying down the zipline or walking through the forest. The service, the fun, and the views were all absolutely top-tier. If you’re visiting Waiheke Island, this is a must-do experience. Definitely request Poppy and Charlotte if you can—they truly elevate the entire adventure!

We had friends visiting from Canada and spent a wonderful day on Waiheke ziplining. Poppy & Jodie were supper friendly, helpful and a lot of fun. Would love to have had more photo opportunities during the experience as difficult to do while ziplining. Recommend people bring a screw top water bottle rather than flip top to carry with you.

Lovely spot, great views, very organised. This was for a family event. We ordered the tickets and ferry together, but going forward i think I would buy these separately as queuing for the ferry tickets was painful, an improvement would be for these to be issued by the eco team so you have the QR code and can just board. Also the pick from the ferry was 20 minutes late not a big deal, but after missing a ferry because of the queue for the already purchased tickets this made for a long morning. The actual ziplining part was great, but the organisation around the whole experience could be better.

There were nine family members from three generations who arrived for our zip line adventure. However, only six took the zip line, as we discovered that once you descend the three individual zip lines down the mountain, you have to climb back up. There was no way that my back would have been able to handle the hike back up the mountain, and since there were no other options available, I was unable to take them zip line. The other two family members who skipped out were simply not interested (nor do I think that they would have been able to ascend afterward). The folks who partook said that they really enjoyed it, although the hike up was a bit taxing.

From the arranged pickup point at the Matiatia ferry terminal, the entire experience (complimented by fantastic blue skies/perfect weather) was fantastic, start to end. The team at EcoZip take personal pride in what they do and it shows. Safety protocols, double checks and equipment made us feel safe, and the experience was exhilarating. The group size was good, we all cheered and supported each other. Thank you for one of the best experiences we've discovered in our global travels. A&W

Great couple of hours . Friendly guides who have been trained well in safety, Nz nature knowledge and how to provide a fun experience . Ben and Charlotte were our guides and works well as a duo . Quick and smooth turnover of tourists but lots of fun.

Kylie and Fraiser were really good at explaining things and history. Fraiser was really helpful when my son got injured. Will do it again without hesitation but this time will take video while on the zipline.

I would write an excellent review except the bus left without me and I had to find a way back to the ferry on my own! Go but don't spend too long in the bathroom.
