Ernesto and Tom made this experience so fun and memorable. They’re committed to entertaining you from start to finish ensuring no one gets left out. They also happen to have awesome photography skills and captured lots of photos of the group and shared at no additional cost. Thank you Ernesto and Tom for the laughs and memories while still keeping everyone safe! My only regret is not booking this earlier in the trip as they were sharing so many good insights on what to eat and where to hike, etc. We will just have to come back again!

What can I say about this experience other than it was 5 stars all the way. Ernesto and Tom couldn't have been better hosts or guides, ensuring that our group was properly oriented, offered incredible history of the island along our journey through the canyon, stopping at all the best spots for pictures, and having great fun together. They took great care to ensure that everyone was properly outfitted and safe and felt secure on their bikes, and made sure that the group stayed together, while letting some ride fast and some stay at a slower, more comfortable pace. We also got several local recommendations for food that we are planning to put to use while we're here. Don't miss this excursion. Worth every penny. They took great photos of us, and shared refreshments too.

This is much more than just a downhill bike ride. Ernesto and Tom bring knowledge, humor, and fun to the experience. They also focus on what will make your ride a safe one. Definitely a Kauai experience you should not miss.

Great way to see Waimea Canyon(on the ride up) and the ride down to the ocean was super fun. Ernesto really made the trip fun and he has some amazing photography skills! You don't have to pay extra for pictures which was a huge plus. He also helped answer questions about other spots on Kaua'i. Very safe and the group wasn't too big. I missed out doing this on Maui when I went years ago so was nice to check this off my bucket list. It was truly a great excursion and great way to spend the afternoon. They had water and then water, juices and beer for the end. Highly recommend. If I come back to Kaua'i I would definitely book with Keko again. :)

Having done just about every type of excursion on Kauai, this one ranks as one of my favorites. Great balance of canyon views , then views of the Napali coast . Fun bike ride down !

One of my favorite excursions on Kauai . It gives a little bit of everything. The off the beat and path views of canyon were great . Views of the Napali Coast at the top and then the super fun -fast , but safety first , downhill bike ride ( mainly coasting ) down to sunset on the beach. Guides made the trip even better with both humor and. Helpful photo tips . I would encourage my friends and family to definitely book this when visiting Kauai .

Great tour! Our guides, Tom and Ernesto, were both awesome and emphasized safety at all times. Bring a light jacket for the top of the canyon - it can get cold. Fortunately, the guides had extra jackets on the van. The guides were engaged with us the entire time, either by explaining the island's history or pointing out something interesting outside the van or entertaining us with trivia. They took many pictures of us and for us, using their phone and ours. They sent us the pictures that they had taken on their phone. The ride down the road was well-organized with one of the guides driving the van behind us, so we didn't have to worry about cars coming up from behind. Although there was a small amount of pedaling, we mostly coasted down the road, ending the bike ride at the coastline just as the sun was setting. I will definitely do this tour again the next time I'm back on Kauai.

NO BIKE RIDE AND MADE TO SIT IN THE VAN. Met wonderful people on the trip. I liked Tom, he’s sweet knowledgeable. Ernesto is the “entertainer” … mediocre funny, but if you have a good group of people, then it’s fun and entertaining. My biggest frustration is the following. I got robbed from the bike experience. I was merely on it as we started our decent down the canyon. I kid you not a few moments into it I hit a pothole, and my bike bounced some so trying to avoid the riders behind me took my bike off the road to regroup myself. Yes I screamed, mostly to let the people behind me to pass me. Anyway, got behind 2 people ahead of me as we still had the other bikers behind me. I stated OUTLOUD. I’m fine. I just avoided the other side of road. Immediately The Lead Biker Ernesto, who didn’t see the actually incident. Yells. I’m making the Executive Decision to send you to the van. I thought he was kidding. I asked are him if he was serious. He responded yes because”I went off the road “ still in disbelief, I said no way. You’re joking. I feel fine, I’m not scared, I signed a waiver and it was nothing. Long story short he took my bike and was forced to sit in the van with Tom and watch the rest of the group go downhill. No warning, no prior warning that he had the authority to do that. I paid for the bike ride. I was robbed from the experience. I was literally p**sed and crying. Crying and emotionally hurt. That on the way up, I was thinking this was going to be the best experience on the island. This was my “once in a lifetime “ it’s expensive and I didn’t pay to cry in the van and watch everyone else experience what I longed for. No apology. No follow up in between. No “hey, do you wanna give it another try. I was in tears Ava upset in the van. I couldn’t even speak. The more I sat there, the more upset I became so I cried more. Didn’t cause a seen but Ernesto knew I was upset. Weirdly enough I didn’t get a thing to rate the tour from the Tour company. They knew. And then Ernesto withheld the 2 pictures he took of me before we got started on the bike so. I have nothing to show for. No genuine apology. At the end of the tour he merely addressed the elephant in the room and said it was for safety reasons. Oh 1 beautiful 70 year old woman literally fell of the hill. Thankfully no injuries. I saw the whole thing from the van. Sigh. Ernesto gave that insincere “apology” so he could get tips. I didn’t pay to sit in the van. I was if not the youngest traveler of the group. Solo. Female. And my fellow bike riders, apologized. No one stood up for me. I’m 40 years old. I could have done that ride. Talk about emotional damage. Petty Tour Guide. I could have driven myself up the canyon and looked at the free scenic overlook. A whole day lost, robbed from the experience and left crying in the van. Physical and emotionally hurt.
