1.00This tour is not worth it at all. It’s way over priced for what it was. 2 out of the 5 stops were fruits and juice. For the same price in other places I’ve had way more stops and way more food. Plus, my tour guide was totally distracted by their phone to the point that towards the end, they were just watching some video on their phone. I do not recommend this tour at all.

5.00We travel quite a bit and always take a food tour/cooking class of some sort where ever we go as we’ve found it a great way to try wonderful food and experience the local culture. This was one of our favorite tours ever! Chris and Ava were very knowledgeable about Rwandan food and culture, but also nice and interesting people. Along the way we had great conversations, in addition to trying great food. There is a reason this tour is recommended by both Travel and Leisure Magazine and Lonely Planet!

5.00We had a short time in Kigali and wanted to try some of the local cuisine but weren’t sure where to start. We found Jollof Appetite online and booked the Remera tour and had a great time. We got to try some delicious local food and beers and Yves our guide was a lovely and informative - it was like going out on a Saturday night with a friend! 😊 Ola was very accommodating with our last minute booking - than you both for an enjoyable evening!

5.00Wow! What an amazing experience! Our guide, Yves, made this one of the best food tours we have ever been on (and we go on a LOT!). We went to local places that we would have never found or gone to on our own in Kigali. All the food was delicious (especially the beef skewers), and the whiskey and beer that was included was great as well. Yves was a really special person and made the tour extra wonderful - he shared some very personal experiences that we would have never expected to hear. If you are in Kigali, you have to do this tour! I can't recommend it enough.
