2.00I honestly can not comment on the tour, as it was a no show, it may have been great. I tried booking through two different platforms (Viator and Airbnb) and communication was terrible, you'd have to message many times to receive a response. The tour was cancelled in the early hours of the morning the tour was scheduled. Not knowing this, we proceeded to the meeting place, and 15 mins after the starting time, I messaged them via the Airbnb App. It was a group message with Elisona, Raffaele (co-host), and myself to ask what the hold up was. Upon Raffaele reading the message, he simply just changed the tour as 'cancelled' on the Airbnb app, with no reply, nor explanation. I can only guess they didn't feel there was enough numbers for them to be bothered, but I don't know really. Finally, in their defence, we were given a full refund, hence why I didn't give them 1 star

5.00Elisona was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She had excellent pacing, and paused for questions. This tour gives an outstanding overview of Cortona and Tuscany. We recommend doing this early on in your trip. It gave us an understanding of places we wanted to return to, and answered all our questions.

5.00The tour with Elisona was perfect! She took the right time for all the places. She took US in places we couldn't see if we were alone. Me and my wife we really enjoyed this tour and the city wouldn't be as wonderful without her!
