What To Expect
Riva Harbor
Split's Riviera, the most important site for all of the local residents. There are some graphic and model representations here that I use for an introduction to what is going to be shown inside the Palace. Also, the southern wall of Diocletian's Palace is beautifully seen from that spot.

5.00Toni was a fantastic story teller and managed to effortlessly tell a cohesive story while taking us to many different places in the old town of Split. He knows how to capture attention, keep the group engaged and answering all of our questions. Not only did he tell us about the Diocletian palace but also about Split and the history and different eras of Split. Toni also had 3D reconstructed images of the place which I thought was impressive and made it easier to imagine the palace in the Roman era. We choose the 18:00PM tour which was perfect, temperature cooled down and it was not too busy as the mornings cruises with tourists would crowd the area. Our group consisted of a small group of six persons which made it easier to follow his stories. It was a such a fun and relaxed way to get to know Split and a perfect start to our trip. Thanks to Toni, we immediately got a good feel for the history and culture. Definitely recommend Toni's tour for anyone visiting Split!

5.00Really enjoyed Toni’s tour. Very in depth about the history of Split and its palace. Particularly liked the headphone system he used to help keep the info flowing between stops. He also happily gave us some recommendations about the city after the tour which was much appreciated! Thank you!
