This tour is as much about feeling Boulder as it is about seeing it. Through the artists' lens, you'll gain a better sense of the community and culture here, and riding these amazing eBikes will give you a sense of exhilaration, re/connect you with your inner child, your sense of play, your relationship to nature and the natural world around you. Joel possesses a deep knowledge of Boulder, a wealth of historical and anecdotal facts and trivia, and a charming, jovial personality that will keep you engaged the entire tour. Get on an eBike, breathe fresh air, move your body, experience art and the environment in a unique, fun and illuminating way. Arrive as strangers, leave as friends.

What To Expect
Many of the murals we'll see are spread across Boulder's downtown/Pearl Street area.
Boulder Theater
More specifically, we'll focus on the alley behind the Boulder Theater. That's where we'll find 3 large murals put up during the 2020 Streetwise Mural Festival.

5.00First, we did the Boulder 360, three hour, e-bike tour, not the two hour tour. Fun and informative tour. Tour guide was the business owner and long time Boulder resident. We covered most of Boulder and hit approximately 20 miles. We learned quite a bit and were to subsequently revisit some of the tour highlights on our own. Critical issue: this tour had a high level of safety focus and avoided traffic. The helmets are virtually new and the e-bikes are well maintained and in excellent condition Highly recommended to anyone interested in a great Boulder tour.

5.00Joel was extremely knowledgeable of the trails and layout of the land. We had never ridden E-bikes but got the hangout of it very quickly with his demonstration. We would definitely do it again. We had a great time riding!

5.00Joel was a great guide for our e-bike tour of Boulder. He knows every neighborhood and trail, and seems to enjoy being out with people. He is not overly chatty which we appreciated, as we wanted to see as much as possible, and he tailored our tour to our preferences on things to see. Highly recommend.

5.00Joel was an awesome guide! He was very knowledgeable about the area and was super patient with a couple of first time EBike riders. He was a great teacher and I felt comfortable zooming the streets after just a few minutes of him showing us how to use the bikes. I appreciated Joel’s in depth knowledge of the murals and the Street Wise program. It was clear that he had a lot of heart for the art and the city of Boulder. He helped us experience the city in a way we would not have otherwise been able to. He helped us make some really special memories of our trip here in Colorado. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Boulder!

5.00This was by far and away the highlight of our trip to Boulder. Joel was super knowledgeable and the e-bike was a super fun way to experience Boulder. The murals were interesting and then we did a campus tour for the last 30 mins. Highly recommend this tour.

He took us on a fabulous tour, which included the beautiful Boulder murals, several gorgeous miles of bike path and special sites. We had a terrific time. Joel was well versed in the art, Boulder history and just a pleasure to join for the afternoon. We could not recommend him more highly.

5.00We only had a day in Boulder and we knew we wanted to see the town and the university and this tour was perfect! Joel listened to what we wanted and tailored the tour for our family of four—we rode all over UC and saw murals and parts of town we would never have seen on our own, even got a great recommendation for dinner after the tour… my two 16 yr olds loved it. Eight enthusiastic thumbs up from this family!
