5.00Our trip couldn't be better, many thanks to TravelnGo. With their AWD SUV, we were able to go into the depth of pure nature near Mt.Aspiring with countless of waterfalls after lovely Wanaka tree and town centre. Amazing snack at Cardrona Hotel, it was a dream like trip! Thanks again!

5.00We had the absolute best experience with Jay as our private tour guide in Queenstown and the surrounding areas. His service was truly above and beyond, far more than we ever expected. His recommendations exceeded our expectations, and his knowledge of the region was phenomenal. We were travelling with a wheelchair user, and Jay went out of his way to ensure everything was accessible. He was incredibly patient and hands-on whenever we needed assistance, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend the Wanaka day tour, it was a highlight of our trip! The vehicle was comfortable, warm, and spotless, and Jay made sure every moment was special. Even taking us to see snow in late October, which was just incredible. Jay’s friendly nature, great sense of humour, and even his choice of music made the day that much better. We can’t recommend him highly enough, an unforgettable experience from start to finish!

5.00We left for Arrowtown first thing in the morning, a town soaked in deep and rich history. We paid a visit to the old Chinese village, took our time reading the stories of that generation and had a glimpse of how their lives were through the remains of what once they called home. It was stunning and thought-evocative. With some light drizzles and rare sights of people, the whole valley was dipped into the moist morning mist, through which the echoes of history resounded in our hearts and passed down our spines. Then we bought some meaningful souvenirs from a gift shop hosted by a nice&warm lady, very memorable, practical and economic ones before the people were crowding up and we took the retreat to Lake Wanaka. On our way to Wanaka, we ventured through Cardrona Highway, the highest highway in the entire NZ. It was still rainy, so we drove into an ocean, made of clouds descending from the sky. It was like a fairyland, the waves of cold winds clapping our faces blurred the boundary between what's real and what's dream. After paying a visit to Cardrona Hotel, enjoyed the handmade coffee there, we left for Lake Wanaka. By the time we reached there, it wasn't too crowded, maybe partially due to the rain, but also bc of the rain, the lake was unfortunately grey. Fortunately, we enjoyed our lunch at Ramen Ramen, an impressive Japanese ramen restaurant. We took our time enjoying the lunch, then a light stroll along the lake track, admiring Mt Aspiring from afar in its majestic slumber. We headed back after a few hours of stay, passed through Cardrona Highway again. Only this time the sky had completely cleared up, and our visions got to pierce through the entire valley, all the way through to the mountain ranges and the Queenstown Airport at the right top corner of the faraway horizon. All the slopes were wet, covered in dense brown shrubs, looking down on the valleys and its pinkish sunset. The uniformity of that moment formed what's characteristic of New Zealand——Its unique simplicity. Simple, Ineffable, unforgettable.
