On the Food Tour You will taste a few traditional Polish dishes. We will go to the five different restaurants. For the starter You will try herrings with the sausages and traditional polish vodka made from potatos. Next we will go to the old style restaurant. In this fancy place You will have occasion to try traditional easter sour soup żurek with egg and sausage which is traditionaly served in the bread bowl. For the next You will try stuffed cabbage and traditional winter stew bigos which is made from cabbage, mushrooms and meat. Now it’s time for the pastry. In the oldest café in Warsaw You will have occasion to try donat with a rose jam which traditional local dessert. In the last place You will have aperitif which are three different types of liquer. In the past they were made and served on the manors of the polish aristocrats. I hope this tour will bring You unforgettable memories.

I highly recommend Cesar. His Warsaw Food Tour was a good introduction to polish food. The eateries were places frequented by local people that you’d likely miss on your own. I especially liked the stop at a milk bar. Cesar made the tour fun. He is very nice and ensured we were all comfortable. He also adjusted the itinerary based on food allergies.

Cesar was a lot of fun. He brought us to local places, including a milk bar. All the food in every stop was delicious and interesting. He also catered to our needs and ensured that we were well taken care of. He also told us a lot about the history of Poland. I highly recommend him!

This Warsaw food/walk tour was superb. Excellent want to see the parts of Warsaw. Our guide Cesar was excellent. Took us to local spots that otherwise would be hard to find. Great guide he was explaining all the food, drinks and history. I highly recommend this for a fund day to spend !

My guide Cesar was super knowledgeable about not only polish cuisine but of Warsaw history. I learned so much about the city history just walking between food stops that I definitely would have missed without a tour guide. The food was super delicious and I left feeling fat and happy!

I recently had the pleasure of going on a tour with Cesar, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Cesar’s depth of knowledge was truly impressive. He had a wonderful ability to tailor his explanations to the group, making everything feel personal and interesting rather than like a rehearsed script. He was happy to answer questions and always went above and beyond to provide extra context and insight.

Cesar is a good guide, obviously passionate about his profession, his city, his history and his specialties, but also very open to dialogue and curious about other cultures. The choice of dishes and restaurants is diverse and rather qualitative, with a selection of savoury and sweet dishes and drinks. When there was no specific drink planned, water is always provided free of charge. Besides the culinary discovery, Cesar offers a real guided tour of the city through the route, teaching us a lot of very interesting anecdotes about the history of the city and the country and Polish culture. It was very appreciative. I can only highly recommend this activity. Thank you Cesar 😉

The tour description sounded very attractive to us. And I am sure we would have enjoyed it had we actually done it. There was a confusion in communication and we ended up getting a refund for it. We were disappointed.

My tour with Cesar was truly exceptional. He is a fantastic guide whose expertise spans far beyond Warsaw's culinary scene, offering deep, engaging insights into the city's complex history as we walked between stops. Highlights of the Tour: Authenticity: We ventured well beyond the typical tourist traps to discover hidden gems serving incredibly authentic Polish cuisine. The Food: Every dish was delicious, though come prepared—the portions are extremely generous! The Spirits: I had the chance to sample three distinct vodkas—one classic potato and two vibrant fruit varieties—all of which were excellent. Cesar’s ability to weave historical context into a food tour made the experience both educational and indulgent. I can't recommend this enough for anyone wanting a "real" taste of Warsaw.

I had a fantastic time on this tour with my guide, Cesar. He was very knowledgeable not only about the food of Warsaw, but also of the history. We stopped at a number of interesting spots while walking from one restaurant to another and he explained the history. We got away from the tourist area and had very authentic Polish dishes. All of the food was delicious but it is a lot of food. I also tried 3 different kinds of vodka - one potato and two fruit. All were very good.
