Itinerary and times are a lie

Amount of time at each monument was a lie and the itinerary was too. We were given 20 minutes to see Tidal Basin/MLK/FDR but the itinerary said 35 total (they are one stop). We were also given 20 to see Lincoln/Vietnam/Korean but itinerary said 35, and this stop was especially time limited and despite power walking I didn’t even manage to see the Korean War before our time was up. They took us to Iwo Jima which was not on the itinerary and we spent 10 minutes at what should have been 5. Maybe that’s why they cut a whopping 30 minutes of monument time? I would not have booked this tour if I knew this is how it would go. I chose this tour specifically for the itinerary and did not get what was advertised. I feel like I still didn’t get to see the monuments despite being 85$ out of pocket. Many of the customers had free tickets through their hotels so maybe they didn’t care, but I tried to plan my trip carefully and I am extremely upset I did not get what I paid for and what they advertise.
