1.00I did not get picked up because the trolley did not arrive at the pick up location. There were 2 locations to be picked up from to choose and I chose 50 Massachusetts but it did not arrive there

2.00There are no windows in the bus. Just plastic covers. We are talking about a tour bus. It was impossible to see anything. This tour bus is JUST for the summer when the plastic covers are up. Please don’t make the people waste money in the winter.

5.00There was some confusion over where they would pick us up. They sold us a ticket to be picked up at Union Station, and we ended up in line at Ford's Theatre. They were kind and considerate after that mix up.
