The best way to experience Bonaire Washington Park Tour is with a guide who knows the most beautiful spots!
Beautiful and unspoiled are understatements when describing Bonaire Washington Slagbaai National Park.
Discover its treasures on this special guided tour through hidden coves, secluded beaches, salt lakes & magical watering holes. Initially inhabited by the Caiquetio Indians, Bonaire Washington Park is the first nature sanctuary of the former Netherland Antilles.
Established in 1969 and located in the Northwest part of the island, it covered an area of roughly one-fifth of Bonaire. It had Slagbaai, the most extensive and productive plantations during the colonial period.
Today Bonaire Washington Slagbaai National Park and its pristine beaches are an important nesting ground for the sea turtles that visit the waters of our island, Bonaire. With a flexible itinerary, you will have plenty of opportunities to admire and photograph the flora & fauna in their natural habitats.

Renny was our Dutch speaking guide. He did a fantastic job 👌👌just a tip. Never book through this site. We felt really ripped off. We paid $139 per person and had to pay a vignette of $40 dollars upon arrival at the box office otherwise we were not allowed to enter the park while this was not described anywhere. Fellow travelers paid $100 dollars for the same trip. They advertise with lowest price guarantee. Don't know why we have to pay $39 more. You'd say this is for the vignette. MISLEADING TEXT DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!!!

Resine knew how to tell us a lot about Bonaire and the beautiful nature. During the tour we made a nice snorkel stop and enjoyed a delicious pasty for lunch. Everything was perfectly arranged, really an experience worth every penny!

Today we went on the park tour with our guide Resine. She showed us the park and shared lots of information and interesting stories with us. The snorkeling was like swimming in a tropical aquarium, so many beautiful fish around you! We had a nice lunch at Slagbaai (great pies!) with a view of flamingo’s in front of me and the sound of waves behind me. In the sea there we even saw big rainbowfish and a couple of turtles. Highly recommended!

Nice instructor who gave us an informative and fun day! (Renny) You will be brought and picked up and you will go to various highlights of the park such as the museum, snorkeling, the tower and of course the many flora and fauna of the park.

It was a great experience with our guide Resine. She is such a lovely person. She told us a lot about the island history, the national park and the animals and plants of Bonaire. It was perfect that we had the oppurtunity to snorkel. It is a perfect trip for everyone to explore Washington Slagbaai Park!

Beautiful park and much seen. Top day. Guides Ephraim and Angie are great and have given us a very nice day. Flamingos, pelicans, rugged coast, cacti big and small, birds and lizards, snorkeling and delicious lunch. Everything and a beautiful impression of the breathtaking Bonaire.

Driver was excellent and informative. Van with 7 passengers not appropriate for very rough terrain. A 4X4 was advertised. Lunch was terrible, a chicken salad was advertised with salad and options for vegan and vegetarian. Apparently the lady was away on holiday who usually makes the lunch. No snacks were offered on a 5 hr trip. We paid more than the other passengers with us as our tour was supposed to be private. We were told the night before that they could not provide us with the tour but we could join the small group, which we did because we had little time left on the island. We did see what was advertised. All in all disappointing to say the least.

The tour was not as advertised. The guide was inexperienced and unfamiliar with the aspects of the tour. The vehicle’s sliding door did not open. The lunch was not as described. There was no offer or location for snorkeling. People who plan to go should know that the roads are very rough. Our guide was friendly and caring, just not qualified.
