Booked the tour in order to repel the waterfalls as stated in description. I checked with the tour operator prior to the tour to ask what moderate shape meant and I was told need to be able to hike some hills and have a little upper body strength. Not a problem. The driver arrived 15 minutes after the start time started. He was dressed very nicely and had a bucket of different beverages available for us to drink. We drove for a good 1 hour 30 min if not longer through different scenic sites and communities which was fun to see. He dropped us off along side the road where our tour guide met us. We walked downhill and got an educational tour of different plants growing in the area. We got to the first waterfall. Walked into the waterfall pool area and were able to get photos of us in the water. The tour guide took pictures of us on his phone and then said his battery died. He took the remainder of the picture’s from my phone. He said he would send the photos to the driver from the ones he took on his phone. We then had mud painted on us which I was not expecting. We wrapped up that area and I thought to myself where does the repelling start? We walked a short distance back to meet the driver and had to pay $75 for that waterfall out of our own pockets (not mentioned other than needing to pay $10 per person to get to the waterfall in the botanical garden). Drove less than 5 min away to the Botanical Garden and yep we had to pay there as well. Got to the waterfall. No repelling there. Drove a bit to the next waterfall and had to pay to get into that waterfall. Tons of people taking photos in the water. Drove back to the drop off. The driver did not get any photos sent his way. A couple days later, I received a message through our driver that they had the photos and asked for my email. He then sent me a separate link outside of Viator and it seemed really fishy. Looked into it more and it was a scam. We were robbed of the tour description and never repeled, we paid much more to get to the waterfalls on top of what we paid to book the tour. We got mud put on us which I did not want and if I did I would have booked one of the many tour options to experience this. When Viator assisted with my concerns the touring company says the repelling is the portion that your do to get to the waterfall. Well we walked down a hill and to them that means repel. Be careful. This whole tour was a scam.
