Grand Cayman is a tender port, please disembark as early as possible to avoid missing your tour. You may request "priority tender" on-board your ship
On arrival to the cruise port, look for the "AMVIVO" sign located at the gazebo next to the North Terminal. Feel free to ask the port authority staff for directions, if necessary.
Check-in will start at 8:40 AM
Tour operates on local Island time not ship's time
If your ship dock's somewhere other than George Town, please take a cab over to meeting location downtown
If you arrive to the meeting location too early and don't see anyone from Amvivo do not panic, there are shops and free Wifi spots within 100 feet from the meeting point where you can wait around and kill time.
If you have a car, parking is available behind the Bayshore Mall in George Town
This tour is not recommended for cruise passengers with departure time 1pm (local time) or earlier
Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility

1.00Unfortunately I was unable to experience this trip. It took an unusual amount of time to exit the ship, so by the time we arrived at the meeting spot, the driver had already left. I'm sure the excursion was nice, but for us we were left disappointed.

5.00Our ship came in at an alternate port & we had to take a cab to the meeting place. However for our return our driver, Andrew was kind enough to take us to our ship at the alternate port. He was very knowledgeable & answered our questions. I would recommend this tour!!

5.00Had scheduled a West Bay Sightseeing Tour in Grand Cayman with a pick up at North Terminal to meet our cruise ship. Unfortunately we had bad weather and the ship ended up at another dock half way across the island. Contacted Viator the morning of tour and was able to get a full refund within 2 days. Have used Viator when I was a travel agent and several times for our personal travel. Have always been pleased with the service and the tours. Great company to work with. Thank you..

4.00In general, this tour fits its exact description. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, polite and entertaining. Our departure and return was as scheduled. A word to the wise, though; it's advisable to do a bit of research on beach accommodations well before your anticipated arrival, as chairs, umbrellas and the like sell out quickly, and some beach bar restaurants have minimum bar spends.

1.00Unfortunately I have to rate this experience very low. We booked a tour that would end at Seven Mile beach, but were never contacted prior to let us know they were going to cancel. We were waiting at the meeting place at 9:00am. A driver for another couple waiting said my manager would like to speak to you and he informed us that the tour was cancelled and we could join the modified tour with the other couple and would be refunded the difference. We agreed because we had already paid for a taxi and were dressed for the beach that day. Luis was nice, but we never received our refund and once we were left at the beach we were told someone else would pick us up and to be ready at 12:30pm. When it was time to leave we waited around for the other couple and trying to figure out who was picking us up. We eventually were approached by a taxi driver and were dropped back off to the hotel. It was unorganized from the beginning to the end.
Nice tour ! It's worth to do it ! Travelled with my husband and my two sons 4 years old and 11 years old

5.00This was a grand tour. Informational, fun and a great time. I really enjoyed myself. We went to several interesting stops. The guide was personable, funny, easy going and made sure we had a wonderful time. This tour is just the right length, with some history about the island and even som good laughs. It was convenient to where I was staying and I would definitely recommend
