Spend time with an Exoticca Tour that covered Albania, Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia. Our tour guide Olsi kept us all on pace and was helpful with his knowledge of the areas we visited. Wish we had more time at some or the locations. Lots of beautiful scenery and old historic places. Spend a few extra days in Albania at the end of the tour. Lovely area of the world /

On our Balkans trip, we were fortunate to have a very experienced and knowledgeable tour guide named Olsi Duzha from Albania Explorer tour operator . I would like to write a message to him Hi Olsi, Thank you so much for being such a great tour guide during our trip through Albania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. You were always with us and gave us very interesting and useful information at every place we visited. Your experience, kindness, and great sense of humor made the trip much more enjoyable for both of us. We especially enjoyed the way you shared history, politics, and stories about the countries and people in such an engaging and often humorous way. We truly appreciate everything you did for us. It was a wonderful trip. Giti & Ebrahim

The whole 10 day experience was great. The guide, Olsi was very knowledgeable and made every day pleasurable. We were a very diverse bunch of travellers from solos to couples from as far a field as UK and Australia and everyone got on so well. I would certainly do this trip again.

Olsi is an outstanding and thoughtful tour guide with a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for both his work and the history of the region. He is a good balance of historical depth while keeping the group engaged, and he is able to connect with people at different levels, adapting well to the situation. He also leads with a transparency and integrity that is greatly appreciated. The only constructive feedback I would offer relates to time management and communication. It would be helpful to have a group message the night before each day’s itinerary so travelers can better plan ahead for practical needs such as restroom stops, water breaks, and general preparation. This may be something that could be implemented either individually or as a company-wide practice. Having a dedicated group chat for Exoticca tours, similar to what some other travel companies provide, would greatly improve coordination and overall comfort. The trip was absolutely breathtaking and left a lasting impression on me.

Olsi the guide was informative and engaging. The driver, Jovi was a proficient driver who safely maneuvered narrow roads. They were both very helpful and kind throughout the 8 day trip through Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Croatia. The scenery was beautiful. The trip would have been hard to manage on our own due to the different languages spoken in the areas, the limited options in transportation and the different currencies used. Jovi drove us everywhere in a comfortable bus and Olsi managed all the entrance fees, hotel fees, and border crossings while explaining the history and current situation for each country. The two men made the trip a successful and relaxing experience.
