Great trip down the river Thames for a family sightseeing tour! Our family booked a round trip from Westminster Pier to Greenwich and back. I would highly recommend this….just be sure to leave early enough from Westminster to allow yourself enough time to see everything in Greenwich. There’s a free Maritime Museum, the Greenwich Observatory and the Cutty Sark tall ship….great for kiddos. Also, the crew of the boat was super friendly and gave a great narrative of the sights along the river cruise.

The cruise was nice woth good commentary. After the next day walking around, I'm glad I used this to get to Greenwich. My boat had drink options on board, which was nice for the return trip.

Wonderful cruise to see London from a perspective we have never seen before. A laid back experience where one way you had narration and on the way back you could enjoy the sights yourself

Easy communication and instructions from the tour company. We enjoyed the informal commentary from our captain. Great scenes from the deck. We enjoyed seeing the skyline and going under all the bridges. A terrific way to visit Greenwich!

Lovely and worthwhile. We enjoyed ourselves and had fun. We won't think twice about going a second time. The river sightseeing and attractive sites were Waaw.

No frills. It was rainy and got us from point A to B. Great narrator but otherwise uneventful. Still worth doing.

Nobody checked our tickets. I'm not saying it's money thrown away because you see so many London sights and monuments in a short time. However, the guide speaks only in English (albeit slowly and with terms understandable even to those who speak it school). They say there is an audio guide in several languages, but no one explains from which application to download it so we could not. Anyway the guide only explains what the various monuments are but without giving detailed information, that is I could understand it also by myself that the one to my right was the London Eye, I hoped it would give some information about when it was built, why, or other curiosities. And so for everything you see. Also halfway through the tour a crew member passes by with a basket to ask for a further free offer. That is, I have already paid €25 to be told what I already see by myself and in addition they expect more money... it is fine that they specify several times that they are not specialized guides, but if you offer a service (and much more expensive than other similar boat rides) you prepare and do it well. There is the option to get off at mid-course or Greenwich (at different prices of course) but without someone checking your tickets. But the view is very nice because you can see all the various bridges, the Globe, the Tower of London, many skyscrapers, Canary Wharf...

The tour guide was entertaining as well as knowledgeable. Very informative presentation. I learned quite a few new things about London's riverfront that I had not heard before.

I booked this tour based on the Google and Viator reviews raving about the hilarious guides and all the live commentary. Our captain was funny during the boarding and safety spiel, but after that? Silence. Absolutely no commentary for the entire cruise, which was super disappointing given that’s the main reason I chose this company. On the positive side, the bartender was friendly and the boat itself was clean — but overall, this fell way short of the experience I was expecting.
