What a great trip! We have seen so many whales and other animals we could not believe it! The crew was professional and helpful at all times, the boat modern and everything well organized. We could not ask for more and strongly recommend this tour!

For lunch, a soy protein was offered for all passengers. Although veal, chicken or fish are not eaten by vegetarians, passenger welfare should be considered in general. As a person who eats meat, I was not used to soy protein. I had, during the return, in the boat, uncomfortable digestive, probably due to soy protein. Considering that sea travel can cause nausea, offering soy protein on a widespread basis is a serious drawback, as it is less common and more difficult to digest than beef for many passengers, non-vegetarian, can intensify digestive discomfort during sailing. As a suggestion, I recommend making a pre-form with the aim of asking customers about their dietary preferences, giving veal, chicken or fish to people who want them, as they are natural and easy protein options to be digested, avoiding uncomfortable digestive, which are especially aggravated with moving boats at sea. In addition, I witnessed the removal of ice from the sea for use in beverage refrigeration. Ice from glaciers peels off and floats into the sea, being ground by seawater, which is not suitable for human consumption (it may contain microplastics, lubricants, fuel remnants and heavy metals carried by sea currents) and ice may contain biological contaminants (bacteria, microorganisms and organic residues of marine animals). Alternatively, it would be more socially responsible (for shrimp passengers) to use drinking ice produced on board and to use the opportunity to explain the risks of ice ingestion from glaciers. How much to the rest, it was very good experience! The crew were very attentive and dedicated. In addition, the landscape is very beautiful, which is the reflection of the beauty of God, who is the God revealed in the Bible (composed of the thirty-nine books of the Old Testament and the twenty-seven books of the New Testament, as stated in the Westminster Confession of 1647).

We took the whales and glacier tour with our boys ages 13 and 9, and they enjoyed the whole experience. We spotted many whales, penguins and sea lions. The glacier views were amazing! The entire crew was exceptional and were very friendly. They made sure that everyone was comfortable. Although it was a rainy day, we could see all the wildlife, the whole experience was amazing. The boat ride was smooth and everything was perfectly planned. The crew were creative and explained about the wildlife and we didn’t feel rushed at any time. The guide was very interactive and we all had a wonderful time! Looking at these animals in the wild was like a dream. Never thought that we could see colonies of whales or sea-lions out in the ocean swimming and playing happily with their buddies! Right next to us! These are some of the best moments - felt so close to the wildlife ! Our boys said that this was ‘the best day ever ’! Best memories have been made on this tour. The rain, the winds, whales, sea lions, penguins, glacier views- everything was awesome! Luckily we were prepared with rain gear, so we didn’t miss out on anything because of the rain. And the sea lions gave us an amazing show! Although this was very long day, this day is a lasting memory and we will cherish this trip forever. We travelled to the end of the world for an out of the world experience! Totally worth it! Would give a six star review if I could! Thanks to the entire crew for making this possible.

I have booked this tour many months in advance because I was very keen on seeing whales and glaciers and expectations were very high. The tour is stunning, the crew very well prepared and they carefully took care of all the different needs of people on the boat. The tour is for tourism but a naturalist one, focused on making your experience the best possible without interfering with the wilderness. We have seen penguins and sea lions colonies. We have seen 12 whales swimming around us, extremely close to the boat. You could hear sounds of the wild nature around you because everybody on the tour was respectful of this magnificent environment. The glacier is touching and the pilot of the boat is very skilled, you get really close to it. The tour is a touching, emotional, interesting experience -one of the best of my life. If I could, I would go again everyday. I highly suggest it and I take this chance to congratulate and thank again the whole team to make my experience a lifetime worth present!

One of the best experience in my life, I couldn't dream something more! We saw whales, penguins, sea lions with the explanation of the crew and a very capable capitan and sensitive team. We could see animals and glaciers so close in a respectful way! Super cool! And the crew is magic, with many attentions to the passengers (they provide food and drinks too!). Super recommend, totally worth it!

What about it? SPECTACULAR! It was a UNIQUE day, perhaps the most beautiful we spent me and my partner in Chile. RODRIGO and all the crew made a real difference: all very kind, helpful and ready to answer any questions about Patagonian flora and fauna. And then what a laugh!! They are very nice: with them the day flew. We were lucky: we had the opportunity to see many specimens of humpback whales, both South American and Southern sea lions, to almost touch a wonderful waterfall and pass by (very close) to a thousand-year-old glacier. True, the alarm clock is very early and the day is busy, but we would do this adventure again 1,000 times. Thanks to Solo Expediciones, Rodrigo, Joshua and the entire Catamaran Magallanes 500 crew for giving us unforgettable memories! Faith&Nico
