The longest running whale watching company on Monterey Bay. We have 3 boats ranging in size from 53’ to 70’. All boats are USCG inspected and approved with indoor accommodations, bathrooms and seating. Our captains are among the most experienced and will provide you a fully narrated trip, bringing to life the wonders of the Monterey Bay Sanctuary and surrounding area. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime tour in the whale watching capitol of the world.

Operating Schedule:Departures daily at 10am & 1:30pm. Check in is at 9:30am or 1pm. For Parking use 201 Washington Street then proceed to 48 Fisherman's Wharf #1 Monterey, Ca 93940.

Magical time with the whales

5.00My 9 year old son and I had the most magical time on this whale watching tour! Kevin was amazing at finding and getting us close to the whales, but more than that, he was a funny and educational tour guide. I highly recommend this trip!

5.00We would’ve been happy to see one whale. We saw sooo many. It was incredible. The captain was great at maneuvering the boat so that we always had sight of the whales once we’d gotten to them. And Kevin did a great job narrating and informing us about the animals. We’ve done a wide variety of boat tours with different purposes in different cities/countries. This was a no-frills experience but we were prepared with our own snacks and we had a truly amazing and unforgettable experience. Would 100% book with Chris’ again.
You’ll get great service — and seeing whales is pretty much guaranteed.

It’s also one of the most budget-friendly options, yet the level of care and attention you receive is remarkable. The crew genuinely wants you to have a wonderful experience. Throughout the entire trip, everything felt thoughtful and sincere — just warm, heartfelt hospitality from people who truly love whales and enjoy sharing their knowledge. There is also a lovely personal touch: the crew members took the time to speak with each passenger individually. This kind of service is incredibly rare and valuable nowadays. This wasn’t our first trip to Monterey, but it was definitely the most memorable. We will absolutely be coming back to Chris and his team — and I’m sure that from now on, they will be the only ones we choose.
Overall , great experience! Saw quite a bit of whales and sea life. I suggest fully preparing to be off shore about 4hrs

5.00Amazing experience, saw loads of sea lions, humpback whales and orcas. The guide made every effort to make the experience as fulfilling as possible! We had a good 3 hours out at sea. This felt like a once in a lifetime experience, and would definitely recommend. Pack a jacket as it gets cold out there!

5.00What a magical day! We absolutely loved this tour and couldn’t ask for a better view. Our captain and co-captain were absolutely wonderful! Kevin was so fun and friendly as well as professional. He knew so much about the whales and the area. We even saw a few of Humpback whales and even saw them flip in the air. There were a few other whale watching boats around us, but I realized that we had the best view at all times because our guides were so quick to find the whales and direct the ship towards them. It was an incredible experience! Thank you for everything.
