Book the tour on Wednesday morning kids were very excited to go. They left the resort so they could be at the tour 15 to 20 minutes prior to starting which was 9 PM. They got down into Williamsburg could not find a place to park. There was no designated parking for this tour. Apparently you’re just supposed to know where to park they drove around found employee lot after employee lot but nothing specific for this tour. In the meantime they had the coordinates of where the tour was meeting that doesn’t help if you can’t park your car, there were several roads closed in the area, which made even more difficult at about 10 to 9. We started messaging the tour guide to alert him that we were in the area. I couldn’t find a place to park. Could they please wait we were doing our best to get there and it maybe they can get some guidance on where to park no one responded back. We then called the number that’s in the email and we were told that there’s a parking app that they typically like to use in the meantime that wasn’t disclosed in the email. There was nothing written in there about not having parking for this goes tour so they missed it not too happy.

It was an excellent time. The Tour guide was fun, knowledgeable, and made it all very exciting. The town itself is incredibly interesting. Absence of a lot of driving vehicles makes for more immersive of an experience. Highly recommend.
