• Martinique cruise stop off. There really is no point in stopping hear apart from the liners use it as a transit stop

  Had the misfortune to stop here twice. If you decide to go to the beach using the local ferry be prepared to elbow your way on. They get full and the locals will try and shove past to make sure they don’t get left behind. Average beaches , would never visit again

  Great experience with Dominique on board Il Vagabundo. The visit to the islands of Robert is made by a passionate person who does not count his time. In addition to the beauty of the landscape, he shares his knowledge of the islands. Very comfortable boat that allows a small group outing and moments of sharing. Visit carried out without worries with a 2-year-old baby. Planter and ti punch savored during a swimming break with the delicious crashes of Dominique's mom!! We would recommend Dominique with pleasure!! Unfortunately no photos to photos because Tripadvisor blocks photos older than 5MB...

  I miss the qualifiers to describe the wonderful day spent aboard Dominic's very comfortable boat! With family and two very close friends, we lived 10 beautiful hours of relaxation, discoveries, pleasures in the Bay of Robert: visits to the islands, fairy moorings, explanations about the fauna of this beautiful maritime setting... Dominique is not only passionate about what he does and how he does it. That is to say excellent👌 Between various snacks, varied discussions, paradisiacal swims, this Saturday, January 18 will remain etched in our minds. We took the tour to the islands of François: Oscar Island, Thierry Island, Josephine bathtub. The best! Dominique is a rare kindness, kindness, education and empathy. The satisfaction of its guests is its leitmotif. Thanks for all Dominique ☀️🏖🐠

  We advise you to choose to take a sea walk with Dominique. He has a very pleasant way of expressing himself to discover Robert Bay. He explained the history of the Robert. He told us about nautical yole competitions and the sporting qualities to practice such a sport. He introduced us to the Aquaculture Research Laboratory at sea in front of the IFREMER buildings, then a bar breeding pond called here "Wolves of the Caribbean". We had the chance to see a pelican there. It was inexhaustible to show us and explain the mangrove. He made us savour the beauty of the islands of Robert Bay whose history he presented us and especially Chancel Island with its iguanas and the ruins of the lime and pottery kilns. On the white shoals of the Trapeze, he made us taste planter rum or Ti punch, depending on taste or both... with delicious macaws, then tangerines picked that morning. We spent as much time there as we wanted. The last swim on the white bottoms of Île Madame in crystal clear and turquoise water will remain unforgettable! Dominique, thank you for the few Creole words you taught us and your warm and kind Welcoming. You are now for us and those we love, a reference address on your comfortable motorboat the "il vagabondo". Looking forward to returning with our children and grandchildren.   During my short but amazing stay on this beautiful island, I booked a tour with Access evasion and I can wholeheartedly say it was the highlight of my holiday. Dominique (the captain and host) kept the great vibes going from start to finish, showing us the mini islands around Martinique, translating stories in both french and English - and even stopping off at one which had wild iguanas and fort ruins. It was so beautiful. After this we anchored at a shallow area of the ocean at an island and had a beach party and bbq (the bbq pork was just 10/10 I still think about it to this day!) - Loads of drinks and food and great music! Other boats parked nearby and it became an ocean party, from day to night!! it was so fun I had such a great time. I even got invited to go on a jet ski ride! The people were so welcoming including the other guests on board (we are all now friends on social media) because the tour group is small it is nice and intimate and you can really socialise properly. I was very much sad it was over by the time I got back, I will DEFINITELY be doing this tour again on my next visit and recommend it to everyone!
