Time to put your stand up paddling to the next level! Are you already confident on the paddleboard, and want to learn more? We are happy to educate you about whitewater paddleboarding and show you how to paddle through rapids confidently. Our professional certified guide will teach you based on your current experience. He will lead you in between the waves of the Soča river while always keeping eyes on you.

What To Expect

We will meet in our basement in the center of Bovec. After a short introduction, we will give you all the necessary equipment – shoes, neoprene, lifevest, helmet, and knee-shin protection. Once we are ready, we will take a 5min drive to the riverbank. After arrival at the starting point, you can get changed, and leave your dry clothes in the van secured. We will start with a briefing session about hydrology, whitewater paddling techniques, and safety, and then have a warm-up on the flat part of the river to practice and gain confidence. When we are ready, we will go down the river, run small rapids, practice different techniques and tricks, and enjoy the adrenaline adventure!

What an adventure…. We spent 4 days with Bovec SUP and it wasn’t enough, Seb & Marci were amazing hosts and nothing, absolutely nothing, was too much trouble.! We did tons of paddleboarding, whitewater sup was the highlight, also took part in e-MTB and Zip Lining Can’t wait to go back in 2026.!

Me and my friends had an absolutely amazing experience with Bovec SUP! The white water standup paddle adventure was thrilling yet felt completely safe thanks to Sebastian and other guides - all professional and friendly. 🙂 The activities were well-organized, all filled with fun and laughter. I also loved the peaceful paddling on the lakes - it was a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommended! 💯

God bless Bovec_Sup! My Lord that was so amazing time with all the guys taking care about us. Strating from good organisation, top quality of SUPs and of course the views. Absolutely fantastic!! Big High Five to the Sup-Bovec Team for doing an amazing job handling 7 loud&sassy Girls on 1st time Whitewater. I was dead scared but the Team made it doable and unforgettable. One of my best memories from Slovenia. Thank you Sebi&Marci. You're the best!!!!

It all started 5 years ago. We had absolutely no idea and experience of Whitewater stand up driving. It was just too boring for us to paddle onto a lake. When we found Sebi on the Internet back then, we thought, what the hell, let’s give it a try. When we were at sebi we booked a private weekend and have not regretted it since. The passion of Sebi and the incredible calmness to explain the right technique over and over again is what makes us come back every year. There are different sections on the Soca, so each skill level is well and safely taken care of. Whether beginner or advanced, Sebi plans the tours so that it is safe and full of fun for everyone. It's all super organized, the equipment is at its finest and most important, you always feel safe! Meanwhile we are already driving the rafting track and are infected by the passion of Sebi. I can only recommend everyone to try Bovec SUP, whether bloody beginner or not. Sebi definitely has the right one. We are already looking forward to next year. ✌🏼

I We spent a whole week as a paddle club from the UK and so, have done all the destinations that Sebe offers at Bovec_SUP including a very special trip to Lake Bled . Sebe and Marci are incredible guides! They are patient, attentive, responsive and incredibly professional. Every aspect of their work is organised with safety the single focus. They both have wicked sense of humour so the laughs were free and easy all week. The met the variety of needs of all our group effortlessly and our trust in them was unquestioned. We all love, love, LOVED being with them and seeing the incredible landscape of Bovec thru their eyes. It’s clear they love what they do, where they do it and they love to infuse the love of SUP into people. Nothing is too hard or too much trouble. Cannot rate them high enough and would recommend anyone goes paddle boarding with these fellas. If you’ve never been on a SUP - you would be confident after one lesson! Seb and Marci have been absolutely fantastic all week! From the moment we met them to the very last activity, they’ve been full of energy, fun, and professionalism. Their knowledge and passion really stood out, and they made every activity exciting while always keeping our safety as the top priority. The activities they provided were brilliant – well thought out, perfectly run, and so much fun. The white water SUP, in particular, was an experience you should not miss – thrilling, unique, and something we’ll be talking about for a long time! Seb and Marci were incredible hosts who made our trip to Bovec truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always eager to help in any way they could. They took us to some breathtaking spots to paddle, and Bovec-SUP provided all the essential safety equipment, ensuring we felt secure on the water no matter the conditions.
