Unlike touristy spots, Melouri offers a raw, natural caving experience with underground canyons, untouched formations, and no artificial lighting or paths. We keep our groups small, provide all equipment, and adjust the route based on your experience level. It’s perfect for travelers who want to go beyond the usual and experience the real underground beauty of Georgia.

Discover the stunning underground world of Georgia with an unforgettable caving tour in Melouri Cave — one of the largest and wildest caves in the country. Located in the karst region near Kutaisi and Tskaltubo, this adventure is perfect for all levels, from leisurely exploration to more challenging sections. You'll be fully equipped with cave suits, helmets, headlamps, and boots for a safe and comfortable journey through underground canyons, rock formations, and hidden chambers. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced caver, Melouri offers a true taste of Georgia's mysterious underground beauty. Experience underground canyons and 7+ km of cave passages Suitable for all skill levels, from easy to challenging Plan: We’ll meet at the designated meeting point near our office, where you’ll receive and put on all the necessary caving equipment. Then we’ll drive about 15 minutes toward the cave area. After the drive, a scenic 15-minute forest hike leads to the entrance of Melouri Cave.

His attitude definitely made it easier to stay focused and enjoy the tour. 5.00This was amazing. It was my first time in this type of activity and I can't believe my eyes. I have hiked quite a lot mountains but this experience was something else. Everything was beautiful and it was interesting path in cave. Also the guide was such a nice and reliable guy, I totally recommend him🥾🥾🥾

It was perfectly planned from the very beginning, meeting at Prometheus cave was simple and convenient, and transportation to the cave entrance was smooth. The guide Giorgi was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and also very friendly.
