Our tour guide Maho was excellent. As it turned out my wife and I were the only people in the group so we got all of his attention. He was very informative and we learned a lot about the history of Puerto Vallarta as well as the restaurants we visited. The food was all excellent but the portions were smal. I was hoping we would get more to eat and drink. All in all the tour was great and I would recommend it.

Our Tour Guide AL was the best!! Took us to amazing places to eat and talked about the history of the city as we went. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He brought water and cooling towels for us. (very warm day). Got to eat tacos, enchiladas, fish ceviche and more. All very tasty.

Joana was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, knew all the right places. The food choices were varied, from tacos and tequila to popsicles and fruit juices. Highly recommended to anyone who literally wants a flavor of Puerto Vallarta. The tour company was very helpful when we had to reschedule due to illness and the process was easy and seemless. We will do this tour again when we return.

The food was excellent. I was a bit afraid of getting sick because I have a sensitive stomach but everything was safe, clean and delicious! I loved every morsel. Joanna was our guide and she was amazing, providing a very enriching tour that highlighted the history and cultural heritage of Vallarta. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel engaged and welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this tour.

It was a GREAT TACO tour. That said, not a food tour so much as a taco tour. Great tacos tho!

Wear comfortable shoes, and be hungry. Taxis are everywhere and inexpensive for transportation. AL was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable of the history.

Brenda was an excellent guide. Especially considering the large group. She took the time to provide us information about the food and the area. The overall experience was great. My only critique would be to skip the flavored water and ice cream stops. Those were good but not really unique to Mexico. Then more time could have been spent in the other six places.

Outstanding experience! One of the best tours I've taken. I was visiting on cruise and took an inexpensive Uber to get to the starting point, which was a beautiful park in the Zona Romantica. We had a small group (only five of us). Our guide, Joanna, was excellent throughout, providing interesting background information on each of the places we visited. All were small, family-owned stores, restaurants, or producers. We were provided with samples of numerous different types of foods and beverages from aguas frescas to chocolates, to freshly made tortillas and tacos. There was just the right amount of walking and nothing too strenuous. Highly recommended if you're interested in the foodways of Puerto Vallarta.
