  Fantastic experience! Myself & my daughter had an amazing experience rafting near Pucón! Guides were very professional explaining everything (mainly in Spanish with some English, which was fine - gave me the opportunity to practise my Spanish!) and getting us to practise the commands before entering the rapids! Beautiful place with stunning scenery! We were able to download the footage of the instructor’s GoPro for free on Instagram and also buy photos if we desired… so, of course we did, as they were brilliant! 😃

  All the expectations we had of this tour, adrenaline, fun and safety were met, all the managers showed professionalism in their work and cared that we understood all the instructions and enjoyed the experience. It should be considered that there is a section that you should walk and climb the banks of the river, this took us by surprise, outside of that everything was what we expected and we got a pleasant memory (the photos are fantastic).

  Incredible experience doing the water rafting in Pucon. Our tour guide Basti was brilliant and coordinated a bunch of strangers speaking a mix of English and Spanish seamlessly. So much fun and highly recommend!!

  An overall amazing experience. We arrived at the collection point on time and we collected by a bus that transported us to the rafting location, about 15minutes from the collection location. My partner and I went on a raft with a native English-speaking guide and the others in the group went in a separate raft with a Spanish speaking instructor. This may feel super comfortable and enhance the overall experience. You are provided with everything, a wetsuit and shoes along with a helmet. I was prepared to wear clothing under waterproof jackets etc. So I would Make sure that I have sandals and easy fitting clothing to change into after the activity as I was wearing hiking boots, leggings, thermals and instead this could’ve been jeans and a T-shirt with some sandals and it would’ve made the changing process more comfortable.

  It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were picked up at the desired location and brought back again. The rafting team was sociable, reliable, friendly, attentive and professional. We felt safe and very comfortable. An incredibly beautiful adventure with a very friendly team. We can only recommend it. Thanks again for everything.
