Located in Marrakech, near the Jardin Majorelle, Kioze Yoga is an all-female space where each class, designed to meet the needs of each, explores different practices: Pilates, Hatha Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Stretching & Relaxation, and Power Yoga. With flexible payment options and guided sessions in a peaceful setting, Lea shares a caring and inspiring approach to strengthening, soothing and relaxing body and mind. What To Expect
Welcome and Preparation (5 min) Introduction to the space and explanation of the course (Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Stretching & Relaxation, or Power Yoga). Heating (10 min) Gentle movements to prepare the body, adapted to the type of session of the day. Main Session (30 min) Chainings according to the type of yoga to strengthen, relax, or relax body and mind. Final Relaxation (10 min) Meditation or Savasana to anchor the benefits of the session. Closing and Advice (5 min) Questions and recommendations for integrating yoga into everyday life. Includes: Carpets and accessories Qualified teacher Relaxing music Water or infusion

5.00I had a wonderful yoga class with Léa in Marrakech✨ She was attentive to my needs and guided us in finding the right balance between challenging our bodies and respecting our limits 👌 The class was in French, and when I spontaneously switched to English, she kindly checked if I had understood everything and even offered English classes. That thoughtful gesture really stood out. The studio is cozy and beautifully decorated, blending Moroccan charm with French style. As a Moroccan-Canadian new to yoga, I felt truly welcomed. Highly recommended ✨
