Wonders of Nadi Tours starts with your a visit to Fiji's famous and colourful Nadi Siva Subramani Temple. Enjoy the tour of the temple listening to the spectacular history of Indian Gods and Goddess and view the amazing art work. Visit Nadi's colorful vegetable and fruit markets and then on to the local Handicraft to witness an array of local handicrafts and artifacts for you to take back home, this also includes shopping at some famous duty free shops. Tour then continues to Fiji's famous orchid gardens - The Gardens of Sleeping Giants. The gardens are nestled in the cool shadows of two giant mountains and offers over 30 to 40 varieties magnificent Asian Orchids and Cattleya hybrids which was once the private collection of the late American actor Raymond Burr. Take a tour of the gardens or just wander along the canopy covered boardwalk through gorgeously landscaped lawns across calm lily ponds. Tour ends at your hotel or resort.

5.00What a unique cultural experience! So grateful to see the temple and learn about its history and to go to the local market and buy the best fruit ever. Also seeing the stunning orchids at the garden. Wow! Highly recommended.

2.00We were picked up at the agreed time and driven to the Temple, fortunately we met someone there that could explain the meanings of the various artworks. Time spent there at most 15 minutes. We then went to the craft market time wasted 5 minutes all of 3 or 4 stalls selling souvenirs. On the way to Garden of the Sleeping Giant we drove past the Produce market not even worth stopping. The Gardens were interesting an oasis in the jungle, definitely the highlight of the tour. We were back at our resort in less than 2 1/2 hours. Unfortunately our tour was not very informative as it seemed we had a driver rather than a tour guide.

5.00Fiji is mostly about the outdoors, but this tour gave us some of the history and culture of Fiji. Mohammed was a very good driver and guide. He was knowledgeable about the Hindu Temple and it's customs. The market and a brief history of farming in Fiji was interesting. We could have skipped the "shopping", but that's because that's not really our thing. The docent at the Sleeping Giant Gardens gave us an excellent tour. The fruit punch at the end of the tour was fantastic (funny how little things impress). Overall, a very good tour.

5.00Our time with Avi our tour guide was informative, attention to respect of the Fiji cultural & history. We are alot more aware of the beauty that Fiji has. Drove in comfort & given water to keep hydrated. Love that we had a local giving us the Fiji way of life. Kep it going this way for future tourist. CHEERS

5.00Our guide was the highlight of our tour. He was so personable and accommodating. The other highlight was the gardens, a lovely walk amongst beautiful orchids and other plants. We also enjoyed the farmers market for its variety.

5.00We enjoyed visiting the temple as well as strolling through the gardens at sleeping giant gardens. The farmer’s market was nice but felt awkward because there wasn’t much other than raw produce to buy.

2.001. There's a dress code to enter the Hindu temple. The temple provides garments, but the garments are limited . This temple also is shoeless. Just a heads up (not in the description) The temple is beautiful, but the tour guide doesn’t go into the temple with you. There aren’t descriptions in the temple to explain the figures or practices. We just walked around aimlessly without learning anything about the temple or the practices of the Hindu faith. 2. The market shopping is not a market. We just went to a store and a farmers market. You won’t be able to buy good souvenirs during the shopping. 3. The Sleeping Giant Gardens was beautiful, but once again the tour guide didn’t guide us and the garden didn’t have descriptions of the plants. Overall this wasn’t a tour but rather a taxi driver taking you to the sites. Our driver was kind and the vehicle was clean, but this tour is an absolute let down. Hope this helps.

4.00Nadi is a grubby little town with few redeeming features. The Hindu temple is fairly uninspiring (compared with the dozens of temples we've seen). And the market is small and unremarkable. But the Sleeping Giant Gardens are really wonderful. It's a beautiful, serene, unspolled environment that is absolutely delightful. As always, our advice is to book your tours with Viator.
