Spend a day in paradise at Xcaret, an eco-archaeological park located in the Riviera Maya. Discover an underground maze of rivers where Mayans once prepared for ceremonial rites, frolic in a lagoon, and snorkel in clear Caribbean waters. Keep your eyes peeled for birds, butterflies and monkeys as you wander the lush forested grounds and visit archaeological sites. When the sun goes down, settle in for a spectacular show of lights, music and dance highlighting Mayan history and culture. Convenient pickup and drop-off from most Cancun hotels are included.
The Plus Ticket includes buffet, one beer and access to Plus facilites.

Children's prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children's fare. All children under 3.2 feet (1 metre) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable, lightweight clothing, walking shoes or trainers, biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothes.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge.
Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pick up is from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pick up time will vary depending on your hotel location. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.
If you do not know the name of the hotel at the time of purchase, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate the pickup with us.
To know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date.
All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the visit date.

5.00Park is Amazing and staff is very friendly and professional. The whole process of picking up from our hotel to dropping us back was very smooth. They kept is updated on pick up time/ location and kept informed all the time. River swim and Sea Trek where you walk on ocean floor are must. These both are amazing experiences. We went to Jalisco restaurant and food was incredible. They do have vegetarian options as well. The night show is incredibly organized and explains whole Mayan and Mexican culture as transition. All in all very nicely done.

5.00We had an absolutely amazing experience at Xcaret! From the moment we arrived, everything was incredibly beautiful and the staff was friendly. One of the highlights for us was the night show, it was breathtaking and a perfect way to end the experience. You can really feel the richness of Mexican culture in every detail. We truly had an unforgettable time and would highly recommend Xcaret to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya. It’s definitely a must do experience.

5.00Amazing trip - very worthwhile. River float, swim with dolphins, beach area, animals. The park is incredibly well set up (lockers near snorkeling area; bags provided to transport your items to the end of the river float, food/drinks everywhere)

5.00Nice day out we got picked up at half 7 from hotel so was long day as shown doesn't start until 7 finish at 9 park very big lots of walking lazy river lovely but expect to abit of swimming around it is stops part way around if get tied animals are incredible lovely to see them and cared for there is lots of extras you have to pay for we paid for the speedboat 🚤 it was fantastic the driver was great and his colleague was such great character and laugh made it such a fun experience definitely recommend doing the speed boat if don't mind getting wet as you will we had meal included which is buffet which was lovely lots of choice to choose from staff are all lovely friendly and helpful.
