Spend a day in paradise at Xcaret, an eco-archaeological park located in the Riviera Maya. Discover an underground maze of rivers where Mayans once prepared for ceremonial rites, frolic in a lagoon, and snorkel in clear Caribbean waters. Keep your eyes peeled for birds, butterflies and monkeys as you wander the lush forested grounds and visit archaeological sites. When the sun goes down, settle in for a spectacular show of lights, music and dance highlighting Mayan history and culture. Convenient pickup and drop-off from most Cancun hotels are included.
The Plus Ticket includes buffet, one beer and access to Plus facilites.

Children's prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children's fare. All children under 3.2 feet (1 metre) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable, lightweight clothing, walking shoes or trainers, biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothes.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge.

Pick up is from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pick up time will vary depending on your hotel location. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.
If you do not know the name of the hotel at the time of purchase, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate the pickup with us.
To know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date.
All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the visit date.

5.00Great day Xcaret park. River through the caverns was pretty cool. There’s a lot to do there so don’t be worried if you spend the whole day there and think you be bored because we couldn’t even cover the whole park. Never saw the monkeys because they were hiding somewhere. The XPA massage was AMAZING. food is extremely cultural so if you’re a picky eater like we were it was a bit challenging. The show was very entertaining and great at explaining the customs of different areas in Mexico, however a little hard to follow exactly what was happening if you are not fluent in Spanish.

4.00Wish the tour person on the bus could have told us there is beaches and swimming areas for family after the river. She told us to go explore other areas so we changed out to clothes from swimsuit to go checkout other areas. So hot and sticky so checkout areas in normal clothes. Then done in all areas in 3 hours. Ideally we could have stay at the swimming area. Go check out other places in between or toward the afternoon.

3.00I spent my birthday here and overall had a great time! My friend and I did the adrenaline speed boat, the Delphinus encounter, and a few other activities. The photo package was really nice, and the show at the end was absolutely beautiful and incredible. I also recommend upgrading your ticket for the buffet—it was worth it. Just be prepared for wildlife running around (an iguana literally walked over my foot!). The only downside was the guest relations experience. I lost my locker key and had to pay $20, which I understood, but the worker thought it was funny and laughed since it was near park closing. Another female guest relations worker made me clear out my locker, show ID, and then refused to help me carry my things across the park to the reassigned locker—she just walked away with an attitude. That part really wasn’t cool or professional. Overall, it was a little expensive but still a memorable and fun birthday experience.

5.00Very Nice, experience for the whole family. Bring bug spray the mosquitos can be annoying. Drinks and food expensive. I didn't notice if you can bring your own besides water.

5.00An Unforgettable Day at Xcaret Our recent trip to Xcaret was an epic and action-packed adventure that, despite a few minor snags, delivered a truly memorable experience. It was a long day, starting with a 6:30 AM pickup and ending with our return to the hotel at 10:30 PM, but every moment was worth it. The transportation from Playa Mujeres was a bit of a marathon. The journey involved a bus switch, which made the trip feel longer than necessary. However, once we arrived at the park, the initial hassle quickly faded away. The highlight of our day was undoubtedly the underground rivers. We loved them so much we went through them twice! Swimming through the ancient cenotes and caves was a refreshing and exhilarating experience. The water was crystal clear, and the natural scenery was absolutely breathtaking. When it was time to refuel, the buffet-style food did not disappoint. The selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious Mexican and international dishes. The quality was high, and it was a perfect way to recharge for the rest of the day's activities. Beyond the water, the animal exhibits were a delight. We enjoyed seeing the jaguars, manatees, and various birds in their well-maintained habitats. The park does a great job of showcasing Mexico's diverse wildlife. The beach area, while small and quite crowded, still offered a unique experience. We were a little disappointed by the limited space, but the park's drone photography service made up for it. We ended up with some incredible aerial shots that we'll cherish forever. The free snorkeling, however, was a bit underwhelming. The visibility wasn't great, and there wasn't a lot to see. The grand finale was the Xcaret México Espectacular show. This performance was simply amazing and a perfect end to the day. The vibrant costumes, live music, and powerful storytelling of Mexico's history and culture were spectacular. It was a truly professional and moving show that left us in awe. Overall, Xcaret is a fantastic experience that offers a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and nature. Despite the long travel day and some crowded spots, the unique activities, excellent food, and a jaw-dropping final show made it a truly great experience that we would highly recommend.
