Spend a day in paradise at Xcaret, an eco-archaeological park located in the Riviera Maya. Discover an underground maze of rivers where Mayans once prepared for ceremonial rites, frolic in a lagoon, and snorkel in clear Caribbean waters. Keep your eyes peeled for birds, butterflies and monkeys as you wander the lush forested grounds and visit archaeological sites. When the sun goes down, settle in for a spectacular show of lights, music and dance highlighting Mayan history and culture. Convenient pickup and drop-off from most Cancun hotels are included.
The Plus Ticket includes buffet, one beer and access to Plus facilites.

Children's prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children's fare. All children under 3.2 feet (1 metre) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable, lightweight clothing, walking shoes or trainers, biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothes.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge.
Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pick up is from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pick up time will vary depending on your hotel location. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.
If you do not know the name of the hotel at the time of purchase, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate the pickup with us.
To know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date.
All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the visit date.

5.00Great experience only slight point would be the length of the day. From Costa Munjares pick up was 6.30am and we got dropped off at 11.30pm. plenty to do at the park but I would say a 2 hour delay to the start of the day would work much better for most people. The evening show was fantastic and we paid for the dinner during the show which really complimented the performance.

3.00Most water activities are extra and make sure you bring water shoes . The sharks or tigers were not there . The bus tour guide was not very clear . The beat was the river not even the smoking because there were no fish

1.00Most of the attractions were closed, their bus guide was trying to sell all the attractions but they all were closed and they rejected our refund request as well. We didn’t wanted to spend time there but they didn’t had any bus until 4:00 pm.
Definitely go if it's your first time. If not, it may be a coin toss.

4.00We've been to Xcaret before probably 18 or so years ago. I remember it being amazing. The park was beautiful and the show was definitely a "must do." This time around, the park was not that great. It cost us $500 (2 adults, 1 child) for Xcaret plus tickets (lunch, snorkle gear, locker rental, etc. included) and transportation. The transportation was fine and shorter than we anticipated. The park is definitely worth going to, but this is what we found this time around: 1. The sargassum problem affects Xcaret's little bay area so it isn't very clean feeling. The employees are constantly clearing it out, but it's a losing battle. 2. Maybe because of the sargassum or the time that's passed since the last time we were here, the cenotes seemed dirty and smelled pretty bad. I know it wasn't like that when we went before. 3. They try to upsell everything. We ended up doing 1 dolphin encounter for our child, the photo pass and dinner with the show. In total, we spent over $1000 for the day. 4. There weren't too many animals to see this time either. 5. The day was a little windy so many of the add on attractions were not available. I guess it saved us some money, but we were looking forward to doing some of them. 6. The included lunch buffet was really good. The optional dinner with the night time show was well worth the money. You get a 7 course tasting menu that was pretty good, get preferential seating and you don't have to get to the venue early to get a good seat. 7. The show is still amazing and shouldn't be missed. All in all, Xcaret is worth the visit and the money, especially if you've never been before.

5.00there was so many fun activities to do! i loved the snorkeling in the river. beautiful views and historic buildings. it wasn’t crowed during the day, only after the show. The show was beautiful and well thought out, our server lucio was wonderful and made sure we had a good experience, very good food.
Xcaret is not just visited… it is lived, felt, and stays forever in the heart. 🇲🇽❤️

5.00Xcaret was an absolutely magical experience. 🇲🇽✨ The entire park is beautiful, but the final show left me speechless. I left crying from the emotion of seeing so much culture, history, music, and Mexican tradition gathered in such a spectacular way. It is impossible not to feel something special watching each performance, each song, and every detail made with so much love for Mexico. An experience that is not only seen… it is felt in the heart. Thanks to the entire Xcaret team for giving us such an unforgettable night. I would return a thousand times. ❤️
