For pickups at the airport, head to the arrivals hall where your driver will be waiting for you holding a clipboard with your name on it. Drivers will wait up to one hour from the time your flight lands and will be keeping tabs on flight arrival time in case of flight delays.
For airport drop-offs, your driver will meet you at the reception of your Yerevan accommodation and promptly take you to the airport in a comfortable, safe vehicle.
Your confirmation voucher will include the details of your transfer, meeting instructions, and a 24-hour helpline in Yerevan in case you have any questions.

We need your airline name and flight number, hotel name or the address of your accommodation. It is a one-way transfer: from airport to your accommodation OR from your accomodation to the airport: if you need a two-ways transfer (From airport to hotel and from hotel to airport) in this case you have to book these transfers separately.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
Arrivals: Ayrarat Tour provides Meet & Greet service for arrivals to Zvartnots airport. Our representative will be meet you at arrivals hall, holding a clipboard with your name on it. In case of flight delay you don't have to worry at all. We will check your flight arrival time to update your pickup in case of flight delay, waiting for you during 1 hour starting from landing time. Departures from Yerevan to Zvartnots airport: We will pick you up at the indicated private address or at the hotel reception and we will take you to the airport with a comfortable private transfer. For Hotel pickup, the driver will show at reception desk. Please inform the receptionist that you are waiting for a private transfer.
