Our yoga class is held on the beach in the shade, overlooking the sea, so you can constantly enjoy a nice seabreeze and a stunning view. We will make sure that you are in safe place and we will help you with hands-on adjustment during the activity. The breakfast will take place at Il Chiringo Restaurant on the beach where great quality food helps us to nourish our body.
Starting your morning like that will make you feel totally relaxed and energized for the whole day!

What To Expect
We start the day with a 1,5 hour Hatha-Vinyasa style yoga on the beach in a chilled environment. Our main focus during our work is on our clients. You might be stiff, weak, inflexible or had an injury - we always try to adjust the yoga classes to everyone’s needs. We help every single individual to find the correct alignment and to feel the biggest benefits of the postures. With this personal touch, we make sure that you are in a safe environment even if it’s your first time trying yoga. Our goal is to guide you towards a more conscious and healthier lifestyle with the help of asanas, breathing techniques and meditation. We believe that food intake is extremely important too, so after the yoga class, you can enjoy a delicious, healthy and nutritious breakfast provided by Il Chiringo Restaurant with a choice of fresh orange juice or coffee or tea.

5.00I wanted to experience something different and relaxing while traveling with my friends, so I decided to book this yoga and brunch course for myself. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get my mind to rest and only focus on the exercises. The trainers Lilla and Peter are two very calming and pleasant people. It was really enjoyable and well done by them and I can only recommend everyone who wants to do something calming to check this course out. If I get the opportunity to join again, I would immediately do it. Thank you for this experience!

5.00This was such a lovely experience. We did yoga on the beach overlooking the sea with two fantastic teachers Peter and Lilia. The class lasted an hour and a half with a mixture of breathing exercises, fantastic yoga which I felt fantastic from afterwards. There was beautiful relaxation at the end in a beautiful environment. Afterwards I went with others to the beach restaurant to have a brunch with a juice. It was lovely to get to chat to Peter and Lilia afterwards, they were so interesting with a lot of experience in yoga, they studied yoga in India and Peter specialises in breathing techniques which he used at the beginning of the yoga class. A lovely experience and a great start to the day.

5.00Beautiful yoga experience with two fantastic instructors in an amazing beach setting. The practice was a good intensity and thorough with very nice fellow participants. Really enjoyed the breakfast and chat after the class. Highly recommended, thank you Lilla and Peter.
