What To Expect
You will take part in a group yoga session at the Manava resort. These sessions can be more or less athletic and are always tailored to the students present on that day; no yoga experience or minimum level is required.

5.00I took 2 classes on our vacation- yoga and Pilates. They were both incredible. Cindy is a fantastic instructor. She gives great cues and makes sure to give everyone in the group individual attention. She is inclusive of all experience levels, beginner to more advanced. The groups were small ~ 5 people. The sessions were a great balance of hard work and mindfulness. The time went by too fast! Highly recommend! Perfect way to ‘reset’ on your vacation.

5.00I called on Cindy 4-5 times during our visit to Moorea. In a word, GREAT. Cindy was walking to my hotel. Hyper punctual and flexible on schedules (I asked her for lessons at 6am or 7pm). Hyper in the detail on posture to get (re-learn) good habits when I generally do not have time in collective studio in my city of residence. Yoga or Pilates I loved each of our classes. Thanks again!

5.00Sunday Morning Yoga class both relaxing and invigorating . It took place int the Cook's bay from where we could enjoy a spectacular view on the mountains during the whole session. Cindy's idea to end with a healthy brunch is just perfect.
