There is no need to be proficient in paddle boarding or yoga. Open to all public.
From 1 to 4 people/session. Paddle provided. Only in the morning.
Sessions at Créole Beach, Le Gosier, opposite the Atmosphere nautical base.
The practice can take place in St François on request.
For those who resist the sea, but who love well-being, yoga can be practiced on the beach on request.

What To Expect
Want to free your mind and no longer think about anything? Come and try an unforgettable experience... 1 hour of hatha yoga practice, on paddle. Postures carried by the breath, on the undulation of the sea. Moor to movable anchors. Secure, you can stay or walk in the Créole Beach cove, opposite the Atmosphere nautical base. A lagoon with exceptional colors, under the morning sun of Guadeloupe. A moment for you, a moment of sweetness... Accessible to all public. Practice yogapaddle only in the morning. The sessions can also be practiced at the Lagoon of St François, on request. The paddles are cleaned after each use. Physical distancing by swell. For those who resist the sea, hatha yoga sessions take place on the ground on the beach, or at your place of residence, on request. Sessions can also take place on Mondays and Thursdays.

5.00Yoga and paddle, beginners in everything. The facilitator adapted the session and it was very pleasant. It is easier on the water to let go and what also made us safer was that we were close to the beach and we had our feet. A big thank you to Sylvie. We highly recommend this activity. We missed thinking about leaving someone on the beach to take photos.

4.00Amazing, refreshing way of doing yoga with the smell of sea breeze, waves and sun and what a beautiful way to relax. Unfortunately, the waves was a bit rough so we carried out our session on the sandy beach. Tutor, Sylvie was very professional, communicative before, during and end of session. I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt better for doing yoga. I will definitely opt in doing paddle yoga, hoping the waves is calmer.

5.00Yoga Paddle Aqua Zen is a moment of relaxation and well-being but on a board rocked by the waves. Listening to Sylvie's voice and exercises, we released our stress, oxygenated our cells. Sheathing postures, breathing exercises... we came out of this 1 hour course soothed and relaxed!
