What To Expect
Booking Confirmation You’ll receive a confirmation email 3 days before your service to reconfirm the pick-up time and location. Note: Bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Driver Contact Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours before pick-up. Please reply to ensure smooth coordination. Airport Pick-Up We use flight tracking by default. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after landing. If you prefer a specific pick-up time instead, please contact customer service in advance. If no request is made, we will operate under the flight tracking setting. City / Hotel Pick-Up The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp. Yokohama Port Pickup Pickup at Yokohama Port (cruise terminal) is available with an additional surcharge of ¥6,000. Flight Delays If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. Without notice, the service will follow the original schedule. Luggage Each passenger may bring one 24-inch suitcase. Extra or oversized luggage may require additional seats. If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service.

1.00It sucked. I don’t have WhatsAp…we never did find each other. No way to communicate directly. We ended up getting a taxi…and paying for this too. 😡 We were very disappointed.

5.00We are two couples, each person with a checked suitcase, a roll aboard suitcase, and a day pack or large purse. We are taking a 2 week cruise from Yokohama and staying 4 nights in Yokohama before the cruise. So we are not traveling light. We needed a way to get from Narita to our hotel in Yokohama with all that luggage. The pre-paid van transfer with Pick-U looked like a good idea - and it was. Our plane landed at 3 something on a Wednesday afternoon - so our poor driver had to navigate us through a very busy Tokyo rush hour -- and it was raining hard. He was flawless and 2 hours later we were at our hotel.

5.00Liang our driver contacted me the night before via WhatsApp to insure all was still going as scheduled. We had scheduled a 9:30 pickup at Yokohamo cruise port. Well we flew thru customs and had to wait. I messaged driver he was in route already but would be a while until he got to us. He picked us up and was nice & courteous and got us to our Tokyo hotel with no issue.
