Everything has already been described in the reviews so far and I can only agree: A perfect afternoon and evening with Akiko and her brother Tako, who runs his small ramen factory in the third generation and explained all the production processes with enthusiasm and then let everyone make their own pasta according to their individual wishes. At the subsequent evening together in Akiko's apartment, she proved to be a perfect hostess and guide who always had the overview and had thought every detail through lovingly. The atmosphere was therefore magnificent and the prepared ramen soup and the Gyoza excellent. I can (and will) recommend the course to everyone.

Ramen Adventure is a very special experience because you can actually visit a noodle factory. You can learn in detail about ramen noodles and even try making them yourself. It is not just a cooking experience; it is also a wonderful opportunity to interact with Akiko and the other guests. Akiko’s home was warm and beautiful, with lovely details such as tableware, chopstick rests, and a decorative obi. It was a wonderful space where you could feel genuine Japanese hospitality. Akiko and her family were very friendly, and their two adorable dogs made the experience even more heartwarming. I highly recommend this experience to ramen lovers, anyone interested in Japanese home culture, and travelers who want to connect with local people during their trip. I think it is a valuable and lovely experience for both Japanese guests and visitors from overseas.

Akiko’s Ramen experience was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan! We not only learned about the process behind one of our favorite foods, but we also got a valuable insight into Akiko’s culture and life in Japan. Her family’s hospitality blew us away, and we felt warm and welcome from the first moments of the experience. The food was just as incredible as the company, and we are so thankful to have created a meal and a memory with Akiko and her family. 10/10 recommend!

We had the pleasure of meeting Akiko and Taka, and this experience was truly something very special. First, we visited their ramen factory, which has been family-owned for many years. Even there, you could immediately feel how much passion, tradition, and heart they put into everything they do. After that, we were able to make our own ramen, which was already an absolute highlight. Afterwards, we were invited to Akiko’s home, where we prepared the ramen soup together. We also had gyoza and a wonderful dessert. It was not only incredibly delicious, but also one of the warmest and most unique experiences we have ever had. The whole atmosphere was simply extraordinary so warm, personal, and authentic. We felt welcome from the very first moment. The kindness of Akiko, Taka, and everyone involved truly touched us. There was so much delicious food, and everything was made with so much love. This is an experience we will never forget. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to say thank you. We can truly recommend this experience to everyone who wants to enjoy not only amazing food, but also real hospitality and a very special insight into Japanese culture.❤️🌸

An exceptionally great experience that is one of my best experiences ever. Akiko, her brother as well as her children were the warmth in person. I had the opportunity to experience many new learning, exciting insights from the production to the processing of ramen and gyoza. It may be that eating the food is the highlight of the adventure, but for me this was just the cherry on the cake. Touring the factory, getting to know her family, gaining insights into the culture and being together were the foundation for the whole time. You can't put it into words how extraordinary the time I was allowed to experience was and I will certainly do it again when I find myself close again, a must have for a trip to Japan! Arigato gozaimasu to Akiko, Taka and family! An exceptionally wonderful experience that ranks among the best I've ever had. Akiko, her brother, and her children were the very embodiment of warmth. I had the opportunity to learn so much and gain fascinating insights into everything from the production to the preparation of ramen and gyoza. While eating the food might be the highlight of the adventure for some, for me it was just the icing on the cake. The factory tour, getting to know her family, the cultural insights, and simply being together formed the foundation of the entire experience. Words cannot express how extraordinary the time I was able to experience was, and I will certainly do it again if I'm ever in the area—a must-do for any trip to Japan! Arigato gozaimasu to Akiko, Taka, and the family!

Thank you very much for joining me on this experience tour with my daughter. It was a valuable experience that changed the way I look at noodles in the ramen I usually eat casually. At the noodle factory, they were able to learn about the differences in materials, machines, and the thickness and shrinkage of noodles, and they were able to observe and experience the noodle with great interest. I was also impressed by the cooking experience at home, the space prepared for the guests, the preparation and preparation of ingredients, the recipes, the table set and souvenirs, and the attention to detail in the hospitality. As a host, I really felt the warmth and heart of trying to entertain my guests and I was able to relax. I could tell that a couple of guests from Germany were also really enjoying themselves. It was a really nice tour, with the personality of the hosts. The ramen, dumplings, salad and dessert we got were beautiful and really delicious. Thanks for the recipe, too. I have never made ramen soup before, so I will try it at home next time. I think my daughter also learned and was inspired by the social tour at the noodle factory, cooking classes and the English speaking environment. I'm glad he went, too! I'm glad he went! He said it was fun 🎵. Thank you so much for allowing me to participate in this amazing ramen experience tour that I cannot do anywhere else.

We were very lucky to have this special ramen experience with Akiko and her brother Taka. From the first moment we felt very welcome and were allowed to experience real Japanese hospitality. The tour was much more than just cooking ramen together. The visit to the family noodle factory and the exciting insights into the craftsmanship behind the ramen made this experience unique and unforgettable. Afterwards we were welcomed to Akiko's home, where she led us with a lot of warmth and passion through the preparation of an incredibly delicious meal. A very special thank you for preparing vegetarian ramen for my partner and me. We were very grateful to have the opportunity to enjoy such an authentic, homemade ramen experience that was tailored to us. Everything was prepared with a lot of love, and the ramen as well as the Gyoza were among the best we have ever eaten. Akiko is a wonderful hostess – warm, attentive and dedicated. This experience was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Japan. 10/10 – a great recommendation!

I participated in this tour this time and was able to see actual noodle dough, machine, cutting blade It was a very interesting experience to experience working in a box They made noodles with their favorite dough and their favorite thickness, and made dumplings and soup at their host’s house ✨ It’s all great and I’d like to introduce you to some of my friends 🙌🏻

We had been looking forward to this experience ever since we made our booking, and we truly couldn’t wait for the day to arrive. Our ramen journey began when Akiko warmly welcomed us at the train station and took us to her family-run noodle factory. Together with her brother Taka, she introduced us to the world of ramen with so much passion and care. We even got to make our own noodles, which we later used for dinner. Seeing the process up close and creating something with our own hands was incredibly special, and everything was explained so kindly and clearly. We laughed a lot and felt completely at ease the whole time. After a lovely walk, we arrived at Akiko’s home, where we were welcomed with such genuine warmth. She opened her home to us and taught us how to prepare gyoza, a delicious salad dressing, and of course our very own ramen. Cooking together and then sitting down to share the meal felt so personal and meaningful. We ended the evening with wonderful conversations and a feeling like we were spending time with friends rather than just attending an event. This experience exceeded all our expectations. The hours passed far too quickly, and we will cherish these memories for a long time, especially the warmth and kindness of Akiko’s hospitality. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable experience. It filled us with joy, beautiful memories, and of course, amazing ramen.
