Our guide was delighted to be with! He brought us to some fascinating places and explained the historical significance and the current scene in detail, and in a very interesting way. We truly enjoyed being with him and very much benefited from his knowledge and his guidance.

I did several tours with Epirus Adventures. All were great. The Ioannina city and island tour was conducted by Maria, one of the best tour guides I’ve had. She’s an archaeologist, and I learned a ton of history. The Zagori Sightseeing tour was conducted by Giorgios, who owns the company. We visited several stone villages, amazing viewpoints, and interesting archeological features. The Zagori region is stunningly beautiful and there were very few tourists in September. Georgios is super friendly and a very professional and engaging companion. I also did a hike with Lazaros to a number of stone bridges; while challenging, it was a fantastic day out amidst beautiful scenery. Giorgios also drove me to Meteora. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and looked after at all times, and I would definitely recommend this company to any and all.

Georgios ably led us for 12 hours through the Zagori region. This is a fantastic tour especially if you want to get away from the crowds and see some of the scenic beauty of Greece. Not only was the tour itself (and the areas we stopped) stunning, George was the perfect guide. I'd recommend this tour for a wide range of travellers but it would be best for those with at least some level of fitness. You will get to see mountain tops, winding roads, forests, rivers, cute seasonal villages, and a rock face monastery. Thanks George for putting up with our Aussie humour.

Wonderful full day adventure from our hotel in Parga. We visited stone bridges, viewpoints and traditional Zagori villages. George was kind, helpful and accommodating of our two children – they adored him. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the region - we can’t wait to return to explore more fully and when we do, we won’t hesitate to book with George. Thank you ❤️

I knew some of the places I wanted to see in Greece. I contacted Georgio at Epirus Adventures and he planned a beautiful itinerary for three weeks of amazing adventures and experiences. This sightseeing tour was one of many experiences we had. I highly recommend him. He was more than just a guide. This is his home that he loves and he has a wonderful way of sharing it.

The Zagori region is spectacular and feels like an undiscovered gem. Compared to the volume of tourists we've encountered touring other natural wonders in other parts of Europe, we felt as though we were part of the lucky few to travel around and experience the beauty of these mountains and the villages that dot them. Many times we drove along winding mountain roads on which we were the only car for long stretches. But beyond all that, what made our experience so memorable was our guide, Giorgios. What a nice guy!!! We book private guides everywhere we go, and we've had our share of fantastic guides, and Giorgios is right up there with the best of them. At all times it felt as though he was entirely focused on us, wanting to ensure that we enjoyed ourselves and that the tour was proceeding at our pace and according to our interests. And our little adventure through the forest for a swim under a waterfall, followed by fresh trout cooked out in nature, together with a salad made with vegetables picked from his garden and olive oil from his family's olive trees, was an experience we'll cherish for many years to come. Thank you Giorgios!

This was our first time to Zagori. From the time George picked us up from the hotel, going around Vikos gorge, the stone bridges, and Zagori villages, we had the most amazing time. The views, and experiences, and photos.. George made this a perfect day trip.
