Amazing!! Thomas the tour guide was brilliant, so informative, showed us all around gave us lots of information. Really fun activities lasted around 11 hours but was really enjoyable for the full duration, did lots of different things. We was a group of around 12, Thomas sorted all admission fees we just paid him the set price and he sorted it all.

Amazing experience. Highly recommend. Thomas was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. The snowmobiles were so much fun, seeing the wee wooden village was very interesting and trying the cheese was delicious. The thermal baths were really busy but it was nice to relax after a busy day. Zakopane main street was great to see and we even had time to eat in a beautiful Italian that Thomas recommended. Would definitely book again. Worth every zloty.

We had an amazing experience on the Krakow–Zakopane tour with snowmobiles and hot baths. Everything was organized perfectly and ran exactly on schedule. Our guide was incredibly informative and clearly cared about making the day special for us. They went above and beyond at every step, making sure we were comfortable, prepared, and fully enjoying each activity. We genuinely appreciated all the extra effort and attention to detail. Also Thomas brought us to a very athletic places, local cheese maker and the hut for grilling cheese, local carpenter and his authentic wood working quarters in the old Wooden log house... 💫💫 It was a fantastic experience, and we would happily recommend it to anyone!! 10/10

This experience was incredible from start to finish. The snowmobile ride through the mountains was breathtaking – fun, safe, and full of stunning views. Afterwards, relaxing in the thermal springs surrounded by snow was the perfect way to end the day. It was so good, I’m booking it again for my mum and dad – they’ll love it just as much!

Absolutely amazing tour!!! Thomas was brilliant. We did off road quad biking which he filmed and surprised us with a video. He took us to a beautiful spot to take photos of the mountains which was breathtaking. He showed us around the village, explaining their culture and then took to the thermal baths which were also amazing! Best trip of the holiday. Thank you do much Thomas

This tour was an incredible experience from start to finish! While we originally booked for snowmobiles, the lack of snow meant we were offered a quad biking adventure instead—and honestly, it turned out to be the best quad experience ever! The route was true off-road fun, taking us through rivers, across ice, and deep into the mud, making for an absolutely thrilling ride. It wasn’t just a basic trail—this was real adventure terrain, and we loved every second of it. The quads were well-maintained, and the guides ensured we had an exciting yet safe experience. After all the adrenaline, the visit to the thermal pools was the perfect way to relax. The warm, mineral-rich waters were just what we needed after the quad biking, and the facilities were excellent. The private transportation from Krakow was seamless—comfortable, on time, and stress-free. Having everything arranged for us made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an adventure-packed day followed by pure relaxation, I highly recommend this tour. Even if snowmobiles aren’t an option, the quad biking is an amazing alternative!

Thomas our guide was brilliant from start to finish. He pointed out lots of historical places and fun facts of the places we visited and recommended places to eat in Zakopane. The quad bikes were worth the extra 400zl. It was nice to relax at the Thermal spa after a full day.

Honestly the best day that we’ve had and it was all thanks to our tour guide Thomas 😁 Thank you so much! We’ve had such a busy day with so much fun as well as learning so many new things. We visited the villages, tried traditional smoked cheese, snowmobiling, chair lifts and the thermal baths too! Thomas was so friendly, funny and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend enough booking this tour, it was the best :)

Amazing trip, very well organised! Thomas was very friendly & knowledgable, an all-round fantastic tour guide! We had so much fun on the quad bikes, and the snow capped mountains were a beautiful backdrop. Thomas went out of his way to take us to an extra view point 1100m above sea level (due to lovely weather conditions) & we travelled down on a chair lift- it was fantastic. Overall we loved it, would definitely recommend.
