We offer free pick-up from hotels in Wulingyuan near East Gate of the National Forest Park or downtown Zhangjiajie, beyond which there will be an extra charge. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes in advance of the pick-up time confirmed with you a day before. No-show is non-refundable.
Please provide the correct passport information for booking the real-name tickets. Make sure to carry the same identification when travelling; otherwise, you’ll be refused entry by the scenic areas.

What To Expect
The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie
In the morning, your guide will meet you at your self-booked hotel at the pre-agreed time, and then escort you to the scenic Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon for the visit.
Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge
Upon entry, plunge your courage to walk on the most celebrated Glass Bridge, which ranks the first in the world both in length and height, to admire the deep and vast canyon panorama in a refreshing perspective. Note: Activities like zipline, sightseeing elevator, lake cruise, and bungee jumping are not included in the entrance charge of Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. We won't be arranging these so we can keep everyone on the same page and stick to our schedule.

5.00Our group had the privilege of having Vicky and Bailey guide our visit to the Zhangjiajie glass bridge and Tianmen Mountain. They were both knowledgeable and provided unique perspectives to our experience in Zhangjiajie. The small group size helped with streamlining the visit to Tianmen Mountain. There were still a crowd of tourists even during the low season so be prepared for a bit of queueing when taking the escalators, shuttle busses, and cable cars.

We were guided by Zoe, who turned out to be one of the most amazing persons we met on this trip. Zoe made everything more special, from explaining the features of the attractions to highlighting the main aspects of the Chinese culture. If you are coming to Zhangjiajie, having Zoe as the guide is definitely a game changer!

She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, explaining the history and significance of each attraction clearly and patiently. The scenery in Zhangjiajie was breathtaking. The Glass Bridge was thrilling and unforgettable, with incredible views all around. Tianmen Mountain was equally impressive—from the scenic cable car ride to Heaven’s Gate and the stunning mountain landscapes. Ivy managed the schedule perfectly, giving us enough time to enjoy each location, take photos, and relax without feeling rushed. Transportation, tickets, and overall arrangements were smooth and well organized. From the very beginning, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Mira went out of her way to make adjustments to the pace and plans so that we could truly enjoy the tour as a family. We never felt rushed or stressed, and her thoughtfulness made a huge difference for us. Mira was extremely knowledgeable about the sights and shared interesting insights not only about Zhangjiajie but also about life and culture in China, which made the experience even more meaningful. 5.00Ivy was our tour guide in Zhangjiajie. We had 22 people, ranging from 9 to 81. Ivy was an amazing guide. She provided us with interesting cultural background and gave us great dinner recommendations. The kids enjoyed the stories she told. Ivy was also very patient with the group. She was always punctual, always had a smile on her face even when we were running slightly late…she kept us on time with a smile. We would definitely use Ivy again when we come back.
