SUMMER (April - October) tour starts 9:45 AM at LANDESMUSEUM (Museumstrasse 2);
WINTER (November - March) tour starts at 11:45 AM at LIMMATHOF Hotel (Limmatquai 142).

What To Expect
After a short funicular ride, we will reach Polyterasse, the place where the tour begins. After a short introduction to the city, you'll enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the Old Town and the Alps.
Lindenhof is an oasis at the heart of the city that offers glorious views of the Old Town, Grossmünster, City Hall, the Limmat river, the University of Zurich, and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

5.00We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very informative and we learnt a lot. Wasn’t overbearing with dates etc, just interesting facts about Zürich and Switzerland, while walking around town. Ferry ride was a great way to finish. Definitely a must do.

4.00This is a fun tour! Greg was such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide. He made it fun! However, it is good to know that the boat part of the tour isn’t really informative. You get to take the boat around the lake (which is nice), but the way it’s advertised describes it like you’ll learn things on the boat. You are pretty much on your own during the boat part. Also, be aware that there are a lot of stairs and steep streets you’ll go on.
