First off Vasilis was amazing! The tour touched on many aspects of Switzerland, history, architecture, culture, etc. Each stop was just the right amount of time to explore and learn. One comment would be that people need to be able to walk efficiently and effectively to get from spot to spot. One comment would be to have some commentary on the boat ride just for some explanations of what you might be seeing on the shore. This is an excellent tour and we would highly recommend because there’s such diversity and you see so much. we truly enjoyed it.

This six hour tour with Greg was all we could have asked for plus more! We walked, took a funicular, walked some more, rode on trams, a ferry ride on Lake Zurich before a bus ride to the Cable car up to Felsenegg then a train back to Zurich’ main station. Greg’s timing was to perfection with hardly any waiting for transport connections. He was extremely easy to listen to, with a personality perfect for a guide. Greg was very interested in every member of his group and ensured everyone was well catered for. We would highly recommend this in-depth tour of Zurich to anyone visiting this amazing city. Hopefully you will have Greg as your guide!

DO THIS TOUR! It encompasses every facet of Zurich! Our guide GREG was awesome, engaging and had a great sense of humor! Travel by train, bus, funicular, boat, tram, and cable car not in that order! Beautiful views! Time to stop and eat, without the rush. Cup of tea at top of mountain. Well done tour appropriately priced!!

They’ve provided a number to call on which I kept calling but nobody responded what’s your excuse for not responding ? And I kept sending them messages too on this app and they reply 24 hours afterwards. This is my only bad experience in Switzerland ever , I have been here for the 4th time but never came across such organisers. So please have my word and save yourself from this experience. I was late by 15 minutes , which I informed them prior coming to the meeting spot , while they didn’t reply that time , and because of their lack of co-ordination we couldn’t meet. While their cheap prices might be lucrative but not worth our precious time on holidays Do not waste your time with them. Rest you know what to do :)

When booking a cruise with PLANETCRUISE, exercise caution with your money and trust, as their "after care" customer service has proven to be severely lacking in compassion and integrity, with unreturned calls and unanswered emails. This review offers a truthful and open account of my experience when unforeseen circumstances prevented me from taking my cruise, necessitating their assistance with navigating the complexities of travel insurance. Be warned: forewarned is forearmed.
