Mirante do Pati
出発地点はレンソイスで、午前7時にギネ村に向けて出発します（車で約2時間）。 ハイキングはそこから始まります。まずは挑戦的な道のり、アレイクソス山への登り。約1時間の登りは、素晴らしい景色というご褒美で私たちを待っています。 登山後は、美しいジェライス・ド・リオ・プレト地方をハイキングし、川で爽快な水泳を楽しんだ後、遠征で最も印象的な景観の一つであるミラント・ド・パティ展望台に到着します。 山頂でピクニック形式の昼食を楽しんだ後、スリル満点の下り坂を進み、アルティナ滝に到着。そこで泳ぐのは、一日の締めくくりに最高の方法だった。 夕方には、まるで映画のセットのような満天の星空の下、地元住民の家で手作りの夕食をお楽しみください。

Morro do Castelo
ボリュームたっぷりの郷土料理の朝食を済ませた後、私たちはトレッキングコースの中でも最も標高が高く、最も難易度の高い地点の一つであるモロ・ド・カステロを目指して早朝に出発した。 登りは険しいが、丘の頂上にある印象的な洞窟、グルタ・ダ・ラピーニャに到着すれば、その苦労は報われるだろう。 私たちは丘の頂上付近を迂回するように進み、谷のパノラマビューが楽しめる2つの展望台に到着します。そこで、息を呑むような絶景を眺めながらピクニックランチの休憩を取ります。 次に下山を開始し、フニル滝でゆったりと泳いで一日を終えた後、地元の人の家に戻り、もう一晩休息をとりました。
カショエイロンを上空から + 谷から出てレンソイスに戻る

遠征最終日、朝食後、私たちはシャパダ・ディアマンティーナの象徴的なランドマークの一つである、上空からのカショエイラン展望台を目指して出発した。 雨季には最大20もの滝が現れ、高さは300メートルにも達するこの滝は、旅の中でも最も息を呑むような絶景の一つを提供してくれる。 景色を堪能し、軽食をとった後、リオ・プレト州を通る帰路をたどり、ギネ村へと向かいました。そこでは、私たちの送迎車が待っています。 そこからレンソイスへ戻り、午後7時頃に到着予定です。

5.00Unique experience, lush landscapes, the hospitality in the valley has everything that is important to follow the trail. The guides are very professional and with a lot of knowledge of the region, are prepared to act in case of possible intercourse. They prepare snacks and make coffee in the middle of the trail which is a spectacle. And he has the good mood that is needed to help us with the challenge.

5.00I did the 3-day Vale do Pati trek and it was great! It's a little tough on the uphill stretches at times but the landscapes are amazing. Our guide (Joaldo) was very friendly and knowledgeable and made it a lot of fun!

5.00I did this 3 days tour with my friend and was very excited. We enjoyed the waterfalls, views and the food in the restaurants were also amazing. You will have time to enjoy nature and rest sometimes, as most of the places were quite empty. We had 2 guides Matheu and Arthur and they were very nice and funny. Looking forward to coming back!
