  We have just completed a fantastic 3-week customized private China tour from North to the south. This was our best holiday experience.The itinerary designed by our travel consultant Ashley was perfect. Our English speaking guides great, punctual and with attention to detail A hotel problem was addressed asap with an upgrade. We enjoyed every moment. Food was excellent. The guides provided comprehensive information on the history of China and the attractions awesome and the landscapes fabulous. People was friendly.

  This was the best trip I have ever taken. Our tour guides were all good , but none as attentive, knowledgable and funny as Jeffrey our Shanghai tour guide. He was always prepared and at the ready with various travel needs: tissue, candy, information. I highly recommend this tour.

  Kelly from China Travel Guide took care of everything prior to the arrival. We were group of 8 and folks were coming from different locations in US. We took the trip that included getting Tibet visa too. Entire trip was outstanding. She co-ordinated all pickups and arrangements too. Our guide Maggie in Beijing was outstanding, picking up from airport, and taking care of everything during our three days in Beijing. The hotel Rennsaaince was excellent, and perhaps the best hotel and breakfast choices during our entire 16 days travel in China. Maggie took care of everything including extras like shows, shopping, SIM cards etc. Had fun time and then took train to Xian.

  After having our travel arrangements cancelled by another company with very short notice (3 weeks before departure), we were lucky to find ChinaTravelGuide. We had an unforgettable experience in China and from the moment we contacted Selena all our arrangements were taken care of with enthusiasm and professionalism. We were kept informed of any changes at all times. We traveled with a lovely bunch of 13 other people for some of our journey before ending up with just 4 of us. The others being on different itineraries. Our guides in each place we visited were very knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Linda in Beijing was our first guide and helped us feel relaxed and cared for. She always made sure she had everyone 'in her family' before moving on to the next stop. Apart from the hotel (Great Wall...previously Sheraton) in Beijing, the rest were very good, comfortable and well situated. We saw so many amazing sights I spent my days saying 'Wow'. Guilin was my favourite and the cruise on the Yangtze very special. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a tour where you feel safe and everything is taken care of without feeling too rushed. China is a must to visit!

  Candy was a great tour guide. She was very informative and went the extra mile to make sure that we all enjoyed our visit. She even arranged a special surprise for two people who had birthdays during our tour. We were all happy to "Follow Candy".

  All 16 of us really enjoy the vibrant personality of our Beijing Local Tour Guide, Candy. She was outstanding, informative and a very caring person. Even after we returned home to Southern California, I could still hear her say, "follow Candy!!" Follow her we did, and she brought the wondrous sights of Beijing and the Great Wall to life...an experience that many of us would never forget. My wife and I would highly recommend traveling with TravelChinaGuide for your next visit to this vast and magnificent country!
