  Our guide was Sara and she was amazing and kept us engaged the entire trip, we learned about in this tour, she explain everything about every place we visited. She is so kind and we never felt rushed, gave us enough time to spend at every location. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. Out tour was great, we had a wonderful time!!

  I’ve been doing tours through Viator for years, and this was my worst experience. From the start, our tour guide had the group argue over where we would go for lunch, and made us justify why and place blame on others. When two of us did not want to pay 27 euro cash-only for the meal (some random restaurant she chose and probably partnered with, maybe she get percentage of meal money), she made us feel terrible and said whole group would not be able to eat if instead we went to Cascais. Very negative start with high tension. And this was not true— when we arrived as Cascais, all restaurants were wide open! We ended up spending less than 1 hour in Cascais because of the random restaurant. The whole experience was rushed and driving was dangerous. I felt like I wasted my day. The only benefit was the nice views. While the tour guide tried to be nice, I felt scammed and rushed.

  Our guide Tiago was amazing. He catered to what we wanted to see and gave us great historical stories and current info on Portugal. My teenage sons said it was the best tour they ever have taken.
