• Starting chaos becomes an enjoyable day

  As we'd experienced before, operational organization was chaotic. Our tour agents were not where we had been told. A Viator desk couldn't help us as they were only selling shuttle tickets. An agent for a different company cold shouldered us. We eventually found we'd again been farmed out to another company. Though the itinerary did not specify it, this was a "walking tour" & definitely not suitable for wheelchairs, scooters & those with mobility issues though the guides handled these problems by transfers to taxis or adjusting their route. Our guide (Sharlene) was brilliant. Despite her age, she was brisk, knowledgeable & clearly spoken. As a local, she had her own series of stories about Bruges, told with wit & passion.

  Outstanding tour. From the exceptionally well organized meet up, the detailed explanation of our day, to our tour guide Frank, and the excellent bus driver, we had an awesome day. Highly recommend!

  Walking through this most beautiful city was magical. Our tour guide Godfried (friend of God) was kind, very knowledgeable (he was born and raised) and oh so very sweet and patient with so many people with different levels of mobility.

  Caterina, our guides, did more than just show us around; he served as our personal concierge throughout the day. Logistics of this excursion are invaluable. Our diver met us at the Zeebrugge station and whisked us into the heart of the city in few minutes, well ahead of the enormous cruise line busses. They also gave us a "guaranteed return" promise, which took all the stress out of the day.

  This was a welcome respite from time on board. Going from Zeebrugge was not difficult, there was a nice relaxed feeling in Bruges. It was a nice visit even with a lot of other tourists around. Very pleasant way to spend a port day.

  Camilla was easygoing and didn't treat it like a classroom, which I liked. City is calm on its own, so having a tour that didn't push the pace helped.

  Just got back from Bruges and I gotta say, it exceeded all my expectations! Such a charming, picture-perfect city with those adorable cobblestone streets and stunning canals everywhere. Honestly, it felt like stepping into a fairytale. The vibe is super relaxed, and there’s so much to see and do, from the beautiful architecture to the cozy cafes.

  The city is compact and the itinerary matched the time available. Our tour started close to port and moved smoothly. Everything worked as planned, no issues with timing or meeting points.

  It was a wonderful overview of beautiful Bruges. We skipped the cruise which gave us more time to explore the shops and have a pint of Belgian beer!

  Loved the walking tour and the amount of free time allotted. Guide was very knowledgeable but could not hear half of what was said. Equipment was poor and Theo would not keep mike close to his mouth. Was asked several times to move mike so group could hear.
