  We booked the trip in advance and confirmed the day prior that the pick up time was 8:30 am from our hotel. At 2:30 am, on the day of the tour, I got an email that the pick up time was now 6:30 am (I was sleeping and did not see this message until later ). My phone rang a few times after 4:00 am, i ignored it because it was an unknown number. At 5:00 the same caller was calling again so I answered it and was informed my pick up time would be in 90 minutes at 6:30 am not at 8:30 as my paperwork indicated. We made our pick up and as the driver stopped at the next hotel, the family missed the pick up and we continued to the next hotel. I could not help but wonder if they missed their transportation because they missed a middle of the night notification on the day of the tour. We started in a van but then switch to a large bus for the journey to xcaret. The guide spoke in Spanish for approximately a half an hour then gave us a two minute briefing so we are not sure what information we missed out on. The trip back to the hotel went smoothly, upon leaving xcaret, worker scanned your bracelet and directly you to the proper bus or in our case a van Advice: print a map of xcaret before you arrive as their park app does not always work well and will list attractions but not a the accompanying times. Park staff was helpful in pointing out the proper direction This excursion had the xcaret “plus” included which was a plus - it had snorkeling equipment , a buffet lunch, and a locker for the day which was helpful

  Natural park of breathtaking beauty. The water is clear and the park extremely clean. You can swim with the fish , go down a river and let yourself be carried by the current . This is a great time to share with family or friends. If you take the package with food, you can eat at any restaurant in the resort and the food is excellent.

  So much to experience, lot´s to see, beautiful place, very relaxing, many activities/adventures to choose from, excellent seafood buffet (from one of the 5 restaurant to choose). and very clean. Committed in protecting Pink Flamingo and Turtles. Easy to find your way.

  Awesome experience. Loved the underground rivers, seeing the animals, relaxing looking at the waves, great food, and cultural learning - the pre-Hispanic ceremonies throughout the day are amazing. The Espactacular really is spectacular to learn about the history of the national culture before and after the conquistadors, and of the different Mexican states. Some recommendations: it is a LONG day, with Cancun hotel zone pickups at 6:50am and returning home at 11pm - this is 13 hours at the park plus transport over an hour each way. Based on the river experience, you will be better to have water shoes or sandals that won’t come off in the river. SPF shirts were awesome, and that wet keeps you cool when not in the water. A small towel may suffice to dry you completely after air drying vs. beach towels - enjoy the coolness of the wet after an outdoor shower in your swim gear! Near the shoreline, there are great breezes, but be prepared for heat and humidity everywhere else. Bring a fan for the nighttime show or you are just sitting and sweating.

  Xcaret was Amazing!!! There so much to do you it is almost impossible to experience everything in on day. I highly recommend you experience it yourself.

  Impeccable organization as well as logistics. The only thing against it is that they don't have pickup at all csncu hotels
