  No real hot springs- just warm pools. Somewhat crowded. Nevertheless relaxing. Pretty- not as stunning as Switzerland.

  Amazing trip! Our tour guide Kacperro was so lovely and friendly, he was willing to answer any questions that anybody had about Zakopane, highlander culture etc! He really made the trip 100x better. The thermal baths were fantastic such incredible facilities from water slides, hot tubs, saunas etc. The Chochołow village was really interesting also to learn about the highlander cultures and ways of life. I would really recommend this tour if visiting Krakow, very interesting and fun!

  Lara our guide was very good and provided clear and precise instructions on activities and times.Our driver was very good. The scenery at Zakopane was great. The funicular ride was nice as were the views. We enjoyed the thermal baths. Did not think too much of the cheese and vodka stop or the rest stop at Chocholowne?. Still a worthwhile outing.

  This is an amazing day out. The only issue is that in April everywhere closes down so there is no fanicular railway only the ski cable car. The thermal baths are fantastic and definitely the highlight of the trip.

  This was a great experience, the tour guide milo was so friendly and made the trip alot of fun, full of facts and knowledge of what we were seeing. We had plenty of free time to explore on our own as well. The spa was a lovely finish to the day. Would definitely recommend and do it again!

  Had a fabulous day out with our driver Kacpero who really made the trip special. Brilliant driving, great information given all day throughout the trip, never tiring. I was so impressed as Kacpero is a young man mature beyond his years. I would highly recommend this tour through Cracow Top Tours. Every aspect ran smoothly from the initial contact, Kaspero arriving early to collect us, and the various elements during the tour. Definitely one trip you must do if in Poland and request Kacpero if you can as he will make it the best day out.

  Kacperro was great fun from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the area and everything he did was full of banter. Generally made the trip very worthwhile and I thought it was excellent value given the amount of activities involved. All round nice guy

  Amazing trip Casper our guide was amazing. He communicated with me regarding pick up times and gave lots of great trip information. On the day he was on time and very bubbly and chatty. Always trying to make us laugh. He sent messages, checking we were OK and giving reminders of meeting points and recommendations for places to see or eat. Then when the trip was over he said we could contact him anytime if we needed help while visiting Krakow. An amazing tour and an amazing guy! You will even learn a few Polish words. 🤣
