St Emilion half-day Wine Tour

4.00It’s a whistle-stop tour of beautiful St Emilion village, followed by a very interesting look around a vineyard in the most glorious setting nearby. The drive out is smooth and the vehicle comfortable. There is an opportunity to look around St Emilion but it’s only for a short time. You will feel that you need to return for a more in-depth look. The wine tasting was a fun and interesting experience and our tour guide was very knowledgeable - and quite opinionated about the wines we were tasting! I felt we learned a lot and enjoyed the tasting… perhaps some light snacks alongside would have been nice, in addition to the biscuits provided? A quick and easy drive back - even through heavy Bordeaux traffic. Overall, a lovely afternoon and one I would be happy to repeat. Thanks to all concerned.
