  As usual, serious, friendly service with great punctuality compared to the scheduled Check-out time to TTA airport. Very satisfied this time again and should not be disappointed either when I return from vacation by taking over the same carrier. May be a little more expensive than the competition but more than justified for the whole service. I recommend!

  After paying the airport shuttle for a Check-out in tontouta and receiving the email confirmation and pick-up time by SMS. The shuttle just didn't pick us up. 50 minutes before the recording was done, we were still in Nouméa. After contacting them. They sent us urgently a vehicle, we drove at full speed on the express sav, we arrived 5min late but the airline had been warned and was waiting for us to close. And of course since then, no e-mail apology. If you go through a tour operator it's precisely so you don't have this kind of unexpected...

  Impeccable, punctual pick-up at home in VIP vehicle , with very comfortable seats (massagers, heaters, footrest) , with a very nice driver; The ride seemed almost too short. A happiness, a unique experience. This is the account of my Son and his girlfriend leaving for their studies. I highly recommend Lyvai very professional.

  The driver was present with a sign indicating the names of the passengers. The driver made conversation to my father who was returning from his trip with his girlfriend and dropped them off properly at home. He was even dropped off at the entrance of their building. A big thank you to him

  At 9 p.m. I make a transfer request which is confirmed by email and sending an invoice. An employee contacts me the next day to say that grouped transfers are only made based on plane arrivals at the airport (I have to pick up a rental vehicle at the airport). She promises to contact me again at 1:30 p.m., when the “director” returns. No news, I call at 3 p.m.: "he hasn't returned from lunch. Without news at 5:30 p.m. (office closes), I activate plan B via my hotel. At 8 p.m. I receive a call which I cannot answer - no message on my answering machine. The next day, call at 11 a.m. (for a pick-up at 11:45 a.m.) to tell me that it was OK. I informed that I was forced to find another solution by no return from Lyvai. No services provided but my account was debited. No more response to my reimbursement request.....AVOID! NOT RELIABLE

  We used them for a transfer both to and from Noumea to airport ; the vans were both on time and very clean ; the drivers spoken English and were very pleasant They took the travel hassle away and I would recommend them - price was good as well
