  It is and remains nature and it is not on call. So no guarantee you'll spot the dolphins too. We were unlucky, that can happen. But the captain and guide did their best to find them and the trip was really fun.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The dolphin safari in Nazaré was an unforgettable experience for our family with two children (8 and 16 years old). We had a lot of fun and were able to observe the dolphins up close. We felt very well taken care of and safe at all times. Thanks to the crew! For us, it was one of the most beautiful days of our lives. Absolutely recommended!

  The ride lasts two hours round trip. The zodiac is comfortable with the seats. Very nice staff. We were accompanied by Beatrice. Lovely. On the other hand, the sea too strong and no dolphins despite the efforts of the pilot to screen the area.

  In short: MEGA The crew were affectionate towards the children and brought a lot of understanding for the parents. It took us a while to find dolphins.   I did the experience on September 16 and we couldn't see the dolphins. I know it can be complicated, but when someone pays for a service, I want to be sure or receive a full discount on the price for the next trip. For example, if I go to see a concert or a game and it doesn't take place, I get a full refund or a total bonus for the next event. BEWARE of this agency that promises to see dolphins without the possibility. Lost money. I give it to 1.   The walk was spectacular. Beatriz has always been attentive to our concerns. Vasco ended the trip with some boat acrobatics, which were very funny.

  Experience highly recommended, the truth that you can see the dolphins very closely. The only downside was that I booked the experience in Spanish and then the guide spoke in English/Portuguese. It is a mistake to give an option that the client will not be given. If I had known I would have chosen another Experience or Enterprise to understand what they were explaining.
